Job Description – Videographer & Video Editor

We are looking for a skilled and creative Videographer & Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing high-quality video content for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content
• Handle camera equipment, lighting, and audio setup
• Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Create visually appealing storytelling content aligned with brand goals
• Collaborate with the team on concepts, scripts, and creative ideas
• Ensure timely delivery of projects with high production quality

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of videography and camera handling
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Good sense of storytelling, timing, and visual composition
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Creative mindset with attention to detail

Preferred:

• Experience in motion graphics or advanced editing
• Portfolio of previous video work

1. Collaborate with the team to develop design concepts and visual solutions.

2. Work with our draping software to create virtual draping experiences for our customers.

3. Assist in creating textile patterns and designs for our products.

4. Assist in video editing and video-making tasks to produce engaging promotional content for our brand

5. Apply your knowledge of digital marketing and Instagram marketing to strategize and execute effective social media campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.

6. Embrace design thinking principles to solve complex creative challenges and contribute innovative ideas to our design process.

7 Utilize Canva to develop aesthetically pleasing and visually appealing graphics for our online platforms and marketing materials.

• You have 2+ years of experience with production GCP/AWS; Experience with Kubernetes is a plus
• You have conducted penetration testing using different tools like Backtrack and Metaspoilt
• You have experience in developing security training and guiding the internal development teams
• You design and implement best practices concerning information security
• You can create programs to implement Identity and Access Management
• You have to develop automated security testing.
• You have to triage security issues and provide recommended fixes.
• You have conducted vulnerability assessments using various open-source and commercial tools.

• Strong understanding of JS fundamentals and going deep into it coupled with experience in modern frameworks like ReactJs, Vuejs etc.

SurveySensum is an AI-Enabled Customer Experience Management Platform (SAAS) that collects customer feedback in real-time and offers actionable insights for improved business decisions. We specialize in Customer Experience and our vision is to make customer research accessible and affordable to all the SME’s and help them make better business decisions backed by data thereby reducing the chances of failure.

We have our offices in Jakarta, Singapore and India and currently hiring for Gurgaon location.

Till last year we were doing business only in Asia and 6 months back launched SurveySensum in North America. Vision for next 5 years is to capture North America and Europe.

• Design, development and test of new features/customer problems and make them live on the platform.
• Own modules/Product features assigned
• Responsible for regular communication with others involved in the development process
• Provide support and fix bugs when customers encounter a problem while working with features you developed.

Required Technical Skills:

• 2-3 years of software development experience
• Proficient in C#.Net, Angular2+, typescript
• Familiarity with Relational Databases and SQL
• Experience with Web services development (REST)
• Hands on experience with calling APIs

• Prior experience with scalable Architecture managing team of minimum 5 engineers and

coaching, mentoring while maintaining a role with code development.

• Proven history of contributing to product strategy and shipping products with multi-functional teams.
• Highly involved in recruitment while building team also leading app development for both platforms.

Minimum Qualification:

• Total of 10+ years experience
• Hands-on working on Java ( {Language understanding - Java 8, Lambdas, Collections,

• Worked on REST frameworks/libraries like Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Dropwizard,  REST popular frameworks & libraries}, JVM, GC tuning, performance tuning) Express etc

• Experience in Microservices architecture is a must.
• Working on public clouds such as AWS, GCP, Azure etc is preferred
• Worked on Relational data stores viz. MySQL, Oracle, or Postgres.
• Worked on Non-relational data stores viz. Cassandra, HBase, Couchbase, MongoDB, etc
• Worked on caching infra viz. Redis, Memcached, Aerospike, Riak, etc
• Worked on Queueing infra viz. Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ etc
