Responsibilities:

• Be the bridge between business users and the development team to define and develop product features that meet business needs and opportunities.
• Closely coordinate with internal engineering teams and client product teams.
• Create and manage release plans for product updates and new releases.
• Draft detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for internal use.
• Communicate client requirements effectively to the engineering team.
• Be open to understanding technical architecture and workflows.
• Understand the product flow conveyed by the client and ensure accurate communication to the engineering team.
• Ensure that all changes implemented by the internal team are correct and aligned with requirements; suggest improvements where needed.
• Take full product ownership and act as the single point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of Financial Markets and Derivatives Markets.
• Proficiency in Figma and JIRA.
• Proven experience in drafting Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Candidates from the FinTech domain are preferred — must possess strong market knowledge and familiarity with financial products, trading systems, and market operations

Responsibilities:

• Writing engaging, interesting copy with a distinct voice

• Interpreting account & client content briefs to understand project

requirements

• Conducting thorough research and interviews to visualise and present ideas

• Liaising and collaborating across teams (client teams, designers, and other

professionals) across varied projects to produce original, clear and credible ideas, messages, scripts etc.

• Working across teams to create storyboards and to build marketing projects and campaigns

• Editing, proof-reading and summarizing copy to present and promote

messages to various audiences and to serve varied business objectives

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in copywriting

• Proficient in English and Hindi

• Experience in building content strategy for online media

• Excellent writing, editing and proof-reading skills

• Experience in content led SEO optimisations

• Critical thinker with strong research skills

Skills: Java, spring, hibernate, AWS(mandatory), microservices architecture, redis(good to have)

Team Size: Current team size of tech team is 65+

Interview Process: 4 rounds( 1st round - Problem Solving/Data Structures, 2nd Round- Coding, 3rd Round- Technical Discussion and Final round with the HR).
