We’re on the lookout for a Mid-level Full Stack Developer to drive IT improvements within the company!

The Challenge

We are looking to open a small office in Bangalore and we’re building a lean, high-impact IT team. We are looking for two Mid-level Full Stack Developers with strong startup or scaleup backgrounds. If you thrive in fast-moving environments, love shipping features in days (not weeks), and know how to leverage AI to accelerate your workflow, this role is for you.

• Build and ship new features fast; from idea to production in days.

We would love to hear from you if…

• Startup/scaleup experience: Worked at a company that raised at least a Series A or B (≥ USD 5M).
• Proven track record of execution speed: you’ve shipped features in days, not dragged them for weeks.
• Comfort working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with modern full stack frameworks (React, Node.js, etc.).
• Regular use of AI tools in your development process.
• Preferred Background: Developers with startup or scale-up experience who thrive in fast-paced environments, shipping features in days (not weeks), and who enjoy working in high-ownership, high-impact teams.

Couple of the notes about the role

• You will have the freedom to work abroad with flexible schedules.
• This is a hybrid role. Once our Bangalore office is set up, you’ll be expected to work 2-3 days per week from the office.
