The Role

As a Full Stack Developer, you will work across our tech stack to design, develop, and deliver innovative solutions that drive the next generation of customer support platforms. You will play a key role in building a robust, scalable, and high-performance application.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly UIs using React.js and React Flow.
• Design and build scalable APIs and backend services using Node.js and Fastify.
• Work on real-time communication features with WebSockets.
• Optimize data storage and workflows using MongoDB and Temporal.
• Integrate third-party services like MailGun for transactional and notification emails.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving engineering processes.

Who You Are

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in full-stack development.
• Strong knowledge of React.js, Node.js, and backend frameworks like Fastify.

Qualifications for Ruby

• Proficient in Ruby, and one of the Javascript UI frameworks like React, Ember, Angular, etc.

• Experience in UI frameworks like React, Ember, Angular, etc.
• Experience building and deploying applications in an Amazon Web Services (AWS) ecosystem. 
• 5+ years of software engineering experience developing scalable production software incorporating testing, evaluation, and monitoring.
• Full-stack development experience
