Requirements:
Min 3-4 years of experience in a sales organisation (would be ideal if person has been selling product similar to DYT)
- Responsible for sales and growth of at least one vertical / region / territory in the organisation
- Track record of hunting for new business and ability to extract more business from existing clients
- Proven track record of sales growth within the organisation
- Established relationship with media agencies, preferred would be with digital agencies and PR agencies
- Good negotiating skills
- Good rapport with clients and agency partners
- Ability to work well with cross functional teams

- Spot and adapt trends, memes, and hooks to fit our brand and goals.
3. Growth & Channel Ownership:
- Build the content presence for both LearnTube and its founders across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Use analytics to inform what’s working, double down on winning formats, and optimise publishing cadence.
- Collaborate with the product, design, and marketing teams to build authentic, engaging narratives
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Love being on camera and have strong performance/presentation skills
- Can shoot/edit on your own using your phone with basic gear
- Know how to build content that hooks—whether it’s a 3-second scroll-stopper or a 3-minute video
- Are fluent in Canva and basic editing tools (CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Have a solid sense of humour, are up to date with internet trends, and can adapt them to a brand voice
- Understand what works on at least 2 of the 3: Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube

Google Business Profile Management:
