As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for owning and managing customer relationships from registration/ sign-up through successful conversion/ transaction.

• Guiding new customers through the onboarding process
• Ensuring bona fide users enjoy a seamless journey
• Interacting with the users through chat, email and voice upholding the highest standard of communication and courtesy
• Executing initiatives that center around compliance and regulatory requirements
• Working cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales, and support teams to improve the onboarding process

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in sales, CRM or as onboarding specialist
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with proficiency in English and any second language
• Exceptional organisational skill
• Excellent creative and critical thinking skills
• Adaptability and flexibility with the willingness and ability to shift strategies on a dime to meet the needs of our customers
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex customer journeys at once    

• Understand functional and non-functional testing requirements (for UI, API, and Database) for web, mobile, and mobile web applications.
• Understand and document test automation requirements for functional and non-functional (including load, stress, and performance) testing
• Develop frameworks to test UI, API services, and databases
• Develop and execute automated test scripts using a pre-defined framework
• Participate in test automation code reviews
• Good understanding of testing platforms such as TestNG and automation tools or help develop custom tools used for integration testing purposes
• Work with build automation tools such as Maven
• Design, implementation, and execution of load, performance, volume, and scalability tests using industry-standard tools
• Identifying performance bottlenecks and making recommendations for performance tuning
• Raise PR and merge code into local and master branches, as required
• Collaborates with other quality and development engineers to build, evolve, and maintain a scalable continuous build and deployment pipeline
• Troubleshooting Jenkins, test failures, and build configurations
• Work closely with members of the development team to solve any issues identified. This includes deploying diggable build in test environments, understanding and debugging application code is required to resolve any blockers.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
• Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
• Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems

• Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events

Experience & Requirement

1. 1-3 years of experience in Sales / Closing of Leads.

2. Experience in Building Material Industry or Related industry.

3. Good networking among Interior Designers/ Architects/ HNI Home Developer clients.

4. Strong solution focus and ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables.

5. Effective Communication Skills.

6. Good negotiation skills

7. Analytical and Problem Solving Skills

• Interface with the QA teams to ensure that the product meets desired quality standards

Educational Background:

• Engineering Graduate / Post Graduate Degree holder / MCA

Professional Experience:

• 4 – 7 Years of software development experience using Java/J2EE

Tech Skills

• Have very good hands on experience of Core Java, Spring, Hibernate and related JEE technologies
• Have good understanding of data structure and algorithms
• Good in programming fundamentals
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web technologies
• Basic understanding of RDBMS concepts, preferably using MySQL
• Good understanding of client-server architecture and multi-threading
• Knowledge of Web Services, XML and socket programming is plus
• Have very strong problem-solving skills
