Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic B2B sales initiatives in the IT and software services domain.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic B2B sales.
* Generate qualified leads through networking, outbound outreach, referrals, and market research.
* Build, manage, and nurture long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
* Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
* Present Spotmies' SaaS, app development, web development, and blockchain solutions to prospective clients.
* Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal technical teams to propose suitable solutions.
* Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close business deals.
* Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.
* Collaborate with development, design, and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
* Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development updates for management.
* Represent the company at networking events, business meetings, and industry conferences whenever required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–7 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and Agentforce.
