Senior Developer (Fullstack)

Role Overview 

We are seeking an enthusiastic Software Engineer (Full Stack) with 3- 5 years of experience to join our growing team in Noida. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing and developing innovative SaaS products, contributing across both backend and frontend stacks, and helping drive digital transformation in a traditionally paper-driven domain. 

This is a high-impact role where your work will directly influence the future of rare disease diagnostics in India and globally. 

Responsibilities 

• Contribute to all facets of software development and design 
• Break down complex problems into modular, scalable solutions 
• Write clean, efficient, well-commented code (Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS) 
• Develop robust and scalable web applications using Java Spring Boot and Hibernate 
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services 
• Work with MySQL databases and write optimized SQL queries 
• Collaborate in Agile teams—participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives 
• Perform bug fixes, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure system stability 
• Design technical documentation and automated test suites 
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and tools relevant to the tech stack 
• Maintain a productive in-office work environment with essential infrastructure 

Requirements 

Experience 

• 3-5 years of hands-on software development 
• Experience working in Agile teams using tools like Azure DevOps or JIRA 

Technical Skills 

• Proficient in: Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, MySQL, RESTful APIs 
• Strong front-end development using JavaScript, HTML, CSS 
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Design and common design patterns 
• Skilled in SQL and database interactions 
• Experience with token-based authentication and test-driven development 
• Familiarity with Git for version control

Job Description

• Gather and analyse information on existing business processes in order to make
• recommendations that seek to improve business systems and processes.
• Analyse and document requirements for enhancements to systems and / or business
• processes. May involve investigation of third-party vendors or systems.
• Clearly document solutions and recommendations to business problems
• Review requirements and designs with relevant stakeholders to obtain agreement and sign off proposals.
• Create cost and time estimates along with project plans to enable prioritization and execution of work.
• Assist and/or coordinate user testing, ensuring issues are resolved in a pragmatic and appropriate manner.

• 5-6 years of ASP.NET, C#, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and SQL Server, AWS and Microservices
• 3+ years technical leadership and architecture experience in software development
• 4+ years working in SQL-backed environments.
• 3+ knowledge of client-side JavaScript frameworks like React and Redux
• In depth knowledge of REST services (WCF, Web API, Microservices)

• FORMAL EDUCATION:
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems or Computer Science is preferred or

• 7+ years of experience in end to end cloud software development with exposure in building scalable, fault tolerant and secure large scale distributed systems. At least 1-2 years managing eng. teams.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in engineering (preferably computer science or sister branches) from a reputed institute (preferably IITs, NITs, or other top engineering institutes).
• Deep expertise in Java & tech stack (Springboot) & micro service based architecture writing maintainable, scalable, unit-tested code. This position requires a good mix of hands-on and people management.
• Hands-on experience in low-level and high-level design with the ability to propose and validate system design.
• You are comfortable jamming on code refactoring, architecture and design principles.
• Sound understanding of web technologies (JS, HTML5 CSS), databases - SQL & NoSQL (e.g. Cassandra), distributed caches (e.g. Redis), message queues (e.g. Kafka).
• Knowledge of UI architectural patterns like MVVM, MVC, MVP etc is useful.
• Exposure to android app development is a good plus.
• You have working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Gradle, GIT, Jenkins, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana or equivalents.
• You are an opensource enthusiast with the curiosity to stay abreast of latest tech.
• Must be comfortable working in fast paced agile environments. Ability to plan, prioritise, estimate and execute releases with strong degree of predictability.
• Excellent people & communication skills.
• Experience with AWS stack is preferred.
• Experience with a high-growth startup is a plus.

ENGINEER / SR ENGINEER– JAVA/ JEE TECHNOLOGIES
