Job Roles & Responsibilities-
- Candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, doing cold calls, sending cold emails, and focusing on revenue generation for domestic and international markets.
- Candidate must be able to manage existing clients and act as point of contact for any queries or concerns.
- Candidate must be able to understand our services well and be able to explain the same to potential clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Continuously improve sales skills through training and development opportunities.
- Create compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of our products or services.
- Understand client needs, challenges, and objectives to tailor solutions that meet their requirements.
- Cold calling, lead generation and market research log lead generation, scheduling meetings.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities through strategic negotiation and relationship-building.
- Strong communication and IT fluency.
- Must be from a technical background or have prior experience with IT industry

Profile:

• Lead a team of 7-10 Product Managers
• Responsible for revenue, market share, vol. of these products from 3 channels – online platforms, digital marketing, offline channels
• Own process and product development for these products

- Negotiating deal terms and onboard doctors
- Training the Doctors, Paramedics and other staff on using the application after installation.
- Assessing the market, identify and gather competitor information.
- Resolving all queries from the doctor and medical staff regarding the application.
- Being the voice of the physician for product (EMR and App) related features/ improvements in internal discussions
- Liaising with product team in closing product new feature road map/ bugs as and when required
- Making the doctors aware of any new features/ product changes and train them on the related changes.

What you need to have:
- Bachelor in Biotech/ Engineering/ Science/ Commerce

- Exceptional communication and analytical skills
