Job Summary The Azure L3 Cloud Support Engineer is a subject-matter expert responsible for resolving the most complex cloud infrastructure and platform issues. This role serves as the final escalation point for Azurerelated incidents, drives root cause analysis, improves platform reliability, and provides architectural guidance. The engineer works closely with cloud architects, security, and Microsoft Support to ensure stability, scalability, and security of enterprise Azure environments. Key Responsibilities • Act as Level 3 / final escalation point for Azure incidents and service outages • Diagnose and resolve high-severity, complex, and recurring Azure issues • Perform deep-dive troubleshooting across: o Azure Compute (VMs, VMSS, AKS) o Networking (VNet peering, Azure Firewall, Load Balancer, Application Gateway, ExpressRoute) o Storage (Blob, File, Disk, performance & latency issues) o PaaS services (App Services, Functions, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB) • Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement long-term corrective actions • Design and review high availability, disaster recovery, and resiliency architectures • Optimize cloud environments for performance, cost, and security • Define and enforce Azure best practices, standards, and governance • Support and mentor L1/L2 engineers; create advanced knowledge articles • Collaborate with Microsoft Premier / Unified Support on critical cases • Review and approve production changes and complex deployments • Contribute to automation using PowerShell, Azure CLI, ARM/Bicep, Terraform • Participate in major incident management and post-incident reviews • Provide architectural input for new cloud initiatives and migrations Required Skills & Qualifications • 6–10+ years of IT infrastructure experience with strong Azure specialization • Expert-level knowledge of Azure IaaS, PaaS, and networking • Deep understanding of: o Cloud security (RBAC, Entra ID, Key Vault, Defender for Cloud) o Hybrid connectivity and identity o Monitoring and observability (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, App Insights) • Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell preferred) • Experience handling enterprise-scale production environments • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and decision-making skills • Ability to lead during outages and communicate with stakeholders

Your first 90 days

• Your first two weeks will focus on onboarding. You'll work on small coding tasks to learn our tech stack, system architecture, and medical domain basics.
• Next month, you will collaborate with the Product Manager to develop a comprehensive team roadmap and initiate the recruitment process for essential team members.
• By the end of your third month, you'll have a common managerial routine, including team rituals, one-on-one meetings, planning for future product cycles, and active participation in management team initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities

• Hiring great talent and adjusting hiring process to meet team’s needs.
• Planning together with the team a roadmap for product cycles.
• Manage, coach, and support engineering team. Coaching and growing engineers to the point where they can take large, loosely defined projects, and deliver them with little intervention.
• Providing feedback on product and technical specs to help engineers identify where to cut scope or improve quality.
• Fixing small bugs or doing small improvements to our tech stack while staying off the critical path.
• Communicate team goals and ensure project timelines are met

Requirements

• At least 12+ years experience in Software development roles
• 3+ years' experience as Engineering manager.
• 5+ years experience as Lead Engineer.
• Proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, NoSQL and Cloud
• Self motivated , thought leader with proven Engineering leadership skills
• US Health care domain expertise is preferred

Job Description

SAP HR Technical Lead support Consultant will analyze and propose technical solutions for

Production issues raised as incidents and work towards closure. Work closely with Technical Team

and Functional Consultants. Provide effort estimation for any break fixes that are needed,

feasibility study, unit testing, technical review, and mentor/guide the technical team.

Essential Functions:

• Must be able to work on rotational shifts.

• Must have experience on 2-3 SAP Payroll implementations

• SAP HR ABAP development or support experience. Must have experience and expert knowledge

of ABAP development objects including Dialog programming, User-exits, BADIs, Smart Forms

and/or Adobe Forms, ALV, BAPIs, RFCs, and other SAP development tools.

• Must have worked on payroll implementation projects.

• Must have good experience in SAP HR ABAP and SAP UI5/Fiori applications using SAP Web IDE.

• Must have hands-on experience and technical proficiency in Object Oriented ABAP (OOPs) with

expertise in WRICEF development.

• Must have strong ABAP debugging skills

• Manage the support team of Functional associates, Technical associates and Scrum masters

Required Education and Experience:
