Required Skills and Qualifications :

• Experience: 3+ Years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Backend Expertise: Strong proficiency in Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI).
• Frontend Expertise: In-depth knowledge of React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Database Management: Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Version Control: Proficiency in using Git for version control.
• Development Practices: Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and test-driven development (TDD).

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role, demonstrating a solid understanding of both front-end and back-end development.
3. Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Ruby.
4. Strong knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) and frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
5. Experience working with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and writing efficient queries.
6. Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and agile development methodologies.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

3 - 5 Years of experience, in that min 2 years of experience with PHP MVC frameworks like

Laravel(preferred), CodeIgniter, etc.

Strong Experience in PHP and MySQL and their declarative query languages

Understanding the fully synchronous behaviour of PHP

Strong experience in JavaScript and good to have working knowledge on any JS frameworks like Angular (Preferred) React, Python etc. - Understanding of MVC design patterns

Good understanding of front-end technologies JavaScript, jQuery, Angular, HTML, and CSS3

Knowledge of object-oriented PHP programming

Understanding accessibility and security compliance

Strong knowledge of the common PHP or web server exploits and their solutions

Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application

User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments

Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system

Familiarity with limitations of PHP as a platform and its workarounds

Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes

Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git

Basic knowledge of AWS and Shell command

We are looking for a qualified Laravel Developer to design and code functional programs and applications. You will work as part of a team and individually with little supervision.

The goal is to write “clean” and flawless code to produce fully functional software applications according to requirements.

Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and how they translate in application features
• Design creative prototypes according to specifications
• Write high-quality source code to program complete applications within deadlines
• Perform unit and integration testing before launch
• Conduct functional and non-functional testing
• Troubleshoot and debug applications
• Evaluate existing applications to reprogram, update and add new features
• Develop technical documents and handbooks to accurately represent application design and code

Requirements

1. End to end ownership in the consumer facing B2C tech team and deliver solutions to solve business problems.

1. Must have worked on a SPA framework: ReactJS, Node JS, AngularJS or InfernoJS

1. Own the development methodology. Align with the executive team to improve the development process, prioritize projects and manage multiple work streams

1. Lead a team of Software Developers, Server Engineers and QA Engineers, establishing development practices and standards

1. Experience on various PHP frameworks like Cakephp, Laravel, CI etc would be plus

1. Work with scrum teams and product managers using agile methodologies to deliver high quality solutions on time
2. Jumping on a call with clients to understand the requirement and profile them the right solution, helping formulate an effective solution and turning it into a working application
3. Conducting website performance and unit tests
4. Heavy involvement in the requirements gathering, development and operational stages of new projects
5. Troubleshoot and debug related application defects with existing and new applications
6. Work collaboratively with the frontend team and other team members, train other members and get trained if required
