Criteria:

1. Need MALE candidates only because the shift timings will be 1pm to 10pm.

5. This is an Individual Contributor role at mid-management level, where candidate has to work and mange end-to-end Accounting of the company single handedly.

6. Also Coordinating with the internal and HR teams for releasing the payments.

7. Candidate will be directly reporting to Director of Accounts Centre.

• Strong hands-on experience in Accounting & Statutory Compliances within the Indian regulatory environment.
• Experience managing GST registrations, GST returns review, and compliance tracking
• Proven expertise in Tax, GST, and TDS compliance — calculations, deposits, returns, reconciliations, and assessments
• Experience managing Month-End Close (MEC), including Balance Sheet & P&L finalization
• Ability to prepare and review Monthly Management Reports / MIS packs
• Hands-on experience in Advance Tax workings and tax reconciliations for statutory audits
• Proven experience handling Statutory Audits end-to-end, ensuring clean and timely closure
• Experience with Annual Budget preparation, variance analysis (Budget vs Actual), and true-up / true-down workings
• Ability to manage and review Accounts Payable operations
• Strong working knowledge of Indian Secretarial compliances, with coordination alongside practicing CS
• Ability to manage daily, weekly, and monthly finance activities as per compliance calendar
• Capability to handle ad-hoc financial and statutory reporting (ITR-6, budgeting, audit support, etc.)

Description

Roles & Responsibilities: -

• Compliances – Tax , GST, TDS – management & circulation of compliance calendar including calculations, deposits, returns, assessments

• Accounts Payable- Review & supervision

• MEC – BS , PL, Month close

• Reporting – Monthly Management packs

• Review of MEC checklists

• Advance Tax working

• Calculation of annual True-up/True-down working for General OHs (Budgeted vs Actuals)

• Annual Budget preparation

• Providing budgeted Seat cost data (IT, Admin) to Corp Management

• Management & timely completion of clean Statutory Audit

• GST Registrations

• Review of GST returns,

• Tax Reconciliation for Statutory Audit

• Daily weekly & monthly review of all F & A activities, as per monthly activity calendar

• Managing all Secretarial compliances with support from a practicing CS

• Ad hoc Reports as & when required by internal Management or External Party (Stat Auditors/Consultants) (ITR-6/Budgeting etc)

• Must be comfortable working on Intacct.

Review Criteria:

Mandatory:

• Strong UAT / Functional Test Lead Profiles
• Must have minimum 7 years of overall testing experience, with at least 3 years of recent UAT experience, primarily in manual testing for large enterprise or government project
• Must have worked on minimum 2 national-level e-Governance, public sector, enterprise, or marketplace projects in a UAT lead or ownership role
• Must have 3+ years of team handling experience, leading 7–8 QA/UAT members, including task assignment, review, mentoring, and delivery ownership
• Must have complete ownership of UAT activities, including UAT planning, execution, acceptance sign-off, defect management, retesting, and regression cycles.
• Must have strong hands-on manual testing experience, with the ability to create test scenarios and test cases from BRDs, user stories, functional documents, and Figma/UI screens.
• Must be able to understand HLD/LLD documents and API specifications and perform manual API testing based on business logic.
• Must have BE/BTech/MTech/MBA (BSc/BCA alone is not acceptable; with Bsc/BCA candidates must have a relevant postgraduate degree MCA/MTech)

• ISTQB Advanced Test Manager or equivalent is preferred

Ideal Candidate:

• 8 + years’ experience in UAT, with at least 2 National-level e-Governance solutions / Enterprise platforms / Marketplace projects.
• Proficiency in test planning, execution oversight, acceptance criteria definition, defect triage, regression cycle management.
• Proficient in understanding business requirements by going through BRDs, User Stories, Figma screens to define test scenarios and test cases.
• Ability to analyze high level and low-level design documents, API specifications to identify the business logic developed and create test cases to test the APIs.
• Hands-on experience of defining high quality test scenarios, test cases with ability to review and guide the test team members in doing the same.
• Education/Certifications: B.E./ B.Tech. / MTech/ MCA/ MS (Computer Science/IT)/ISTQB Advanced Test Manager or equivalent required.

Integrate regulatory and contractual requirements seamlessly across all layers of the localization QA pipeline to ensure end-to-end compliance.

Design and implement features such as audit trails, change management controls, and traceability mechanisms to support ongoing regulatory compliance and contract obligations.

Collaborate closely with legal, compliance, and risk teams to tailor solutions addressing jurisdiction-specific complexities including data localization mandates and cross-border data flow restrictions.

Technical Leadership

 Hands-on knowledge of automation toolchains, CI/CD pipelines, and data analytics platforms.
