• Responsible for the Marketing and sales of Konnect Analytics products.
• Experience in selling ERP/CRM/BI is an added advantage.
• To identify and hire new channel partners for assigned region.
• Identify new business opportunities.
• To generate leads via cold calling, Emails, digital marketing etc.,
• Qualification of sales leads to identify whether their research goals are aligned with product offerings.
• To give demo to the clients and make them to understand the product.
• Establishing and maintaining appropriate pipeline to meet the requirements of the sales targets.
• Brand Building and Advertising in consultation with the Internal team.
• Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues and partner organizations.
• Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions.
• To Prepare Marketing Collateral such as Case Studies,flyer and content creation.
• Be the Liaison between the external and internal stake holders.
• Feedback market & competitor info to the Internal team.

Job Role & Responsibilities

Create/iterate/collaborate design concepts, user flows, sitemaps, interfaces, and visual design systems with the Product Managers and rest of the team members

Conduct User and Market Research to understand customer behaviour and related products in the market. Tie that understanding with business objectives to design an intuitive user experience

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define, implement and launch innovative user products across multiple form factors

Perform data-driven design iterations to keep improving the business metrics
What we look for

3-6 years of experience in the field of UX

Experience in working with fidelity based software including Balsamiq, Sketch, and Invision Studio, Marvel App, Figma, Adobe XD, and similar tools.

Good understanding of how front-end technologies, patterns for mobile apps &
responsive websites work in the actual scenario

Strong communication skills with ability to clearly articulate complex ideas

- 20% - Design the user flows and mockups basis the product requirements, which would be defined by the founders and shared as inputs by the early users. Key features we are planning to build in the coming months: Forms and Social posting.
- 50% - Design the UI mockups based on the user flows defined above to clearly illustrate the design and functionality of the product.
- 30% - Create industry and scenario-specific templates that can be readily used by users who are coming on the platform.
- Other short-term responsibilities: Create email and web designs for clients, as part of the product and services business.
