Description

5+ years of proven and progressive experience in NextJS, TypeScript, React.js and Tailwind CSS with Node.js(Good to have), CSS3, and HTML5. As a NextJS Developer, you will be in charge of all duties related to the frontend client platform, from developing designs for complicated applications. This includes reviewing software and business specifications, ensuring UI/UX feasibility, and implementing front-end code optimizations to ensure a smooth user experience.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Javascript fundamentals with a strong understanding of the DOM and browser APIs.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, Next.js, ReactJS and Tailwind CSS.
• Experience with a responsive design for desktop/mobile.
• Full-stack web development experience (Good to have).
• Experience working with Microservices with Node.js (Good to have).
• Knowledge of the latest CSS conventions, and experience with preprocessors, such as Sass or Less.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment.
• Great OO skills, including strong design patterns knowledge. 
• Passion for software engineering and craftsman-like coding process.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a strong emphasis on best coding practices and principles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Develop and enhance the performance of the main front-end website.
• Work with business analysts to review business requirements, and UI designers to ensure technical feasibility of concepts.
• Maintain frontend infrastructure, monitor for exceptions in the code, and debug any faults that occur in production.
• Perform requirements analysis, identification of code metrics, code analysis, system risk analysis, usability, automation, and software reliability analysis.

• Designing and developing user interfaces using AngularJS/Angular best practices.
• Adapting interface for modern internet applications using the latest front-end technologies.
• Writing JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.

Qualifications   

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related background
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years’ experience with JavaScript (Particularly ES6), Typescript, CSS, HTML.
• 2+ years’ experience with Angular v9 or greater.
• Experience using JavaScript building tools like Grunt and Webpack.
• Client-side unit testing via Jest or similar testing library a plus
• Experience consuming RESTful APIs is strongly desired
