Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Specialist at Buildesk, you will be responsible for driving growth, managing leads, and contributing to the success of the team through the following key activities:
1. Lead Generation & Market Research
- Outbound Visits: Proactively conduct field visits to generate fresh leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Strategic Partnerships & References: Establish and nurture relationships with strategic partners and leverage market references to expand the lead pool.
2. Lead Qualification
- Inbound Lead Qualification: Review and assess inbound leads, ensuring they meet our target criteria to move forward in the sales process.
3. Demo & Negotiation
- Product Presentations: Conduct in-person product demos to engage prospects, demonstrating how Buildesk’s solutions can benefit their business.
- Deal Closure: Lead negotiation discussions with prospects and close deals independently, with the option to collaborate with senior team members on highpotential leads.
4. CRM & LMS System Management
- Daily Updates: Use our CRM and LMS systems to log all interactions, updates, and progress on leads daily. Ensure data accuracy and completeness.
5. Daily Reporting
- Activity Reporting: Submit daily reports on your activities and progress to senior management, ensuring transparency and accountability.
6. Ownership & Target Achievement
- Ownership: Take full responsibility for your assigned targets, activities, and results.

Roles and Responsibilities
1. Manage client relationships, and facilitators relationship at MHFAI for training and post-training support.
2. Ideate, design, and implement program that focused on post-training support for mental health first-aiders.
3. Leverage the new products of MHFAI to the clients that ensures implementation of mental health by building tools and guidelines (for organized groups).
4. Oversee and facilitate MHFAI instructors for training and upskilling.
5. Monitor and coordinate the MHFAI Awards program with all the stakeholders involved.
6. Draft and initiate scientific research, and create tools required at workplace to measure mental health.
7. Plan and manage webinars, events and activities to promote the idea of mental health at workplaces and educational institutions.
8. Draft, design, manage and implement guidelines / resources with focus on mental health for the benefit of organized groups.
9. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Learning and Development and / or mental health, and incorporate them into our training programs.
10. Manage the Learning and Development budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
11. Provide support in other operational functions of MHFA as needed.
Requirements:
· 10-15 years in clinical work and / or mental health training
· Qualification: Education in Mental Health
· Experience in Clinical Practice / Research
· Exposure to mental health training and created content or training on Mental Health for Adult
· Experience of having previously worked in organized group is desirable

Business Development-
- With the owners, be responsible for setting and achieving sales objectives, occupancy rates and pricing

- Maintain a positive relationship with key vendors and our landlord
Facilities and Space Management-
- Manage all centre operations to the satisfaction of members
- Maximize up-time and availability of key facilities assets like the Wifi network, kitchen, printers/copiers
- Keep members aware of facilities issues that may impact them
- Utilize a variety of coworking software applications manage the space and membership
- Make recommendations to the owners about new features or perks that will entice members
- Submit maintenance tickets for repairs to the facility and key equipment
- Ensure cleaning is conducted to spec
Data accuracy-
- Ensuring member data is updated and is current in the cowork platform
- Ensuring lead data is updated in the CRM platform
- Ensuring Community Data is being updated in the events database
Experience and Requirements
- 2 years experience with increasing responsibility in either a sales or customer service role
- Experience in co -curricular activities a plus.
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Technically capable. Able to understand and work with the variety of hardware and software applications that our space depends on.
- Experience with written content generation in a business environment and basic graphic design skills are a plus
- Interest in working independently with only occasional interactions with the owners
- Fluent in English. Ability to speak additional language is a plus.
