Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong functional and implementation expertise across SAP SuccessFactors modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations, integrations, and support projects, working closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and compliant HR solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and support design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
Work on end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations, rollouts, and support engagements.
Configure and support key SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central,
Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, and
Succession (based on project needs).
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate HR requirements into system solutions.
Support integration of SuccessFactors with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and third-party systems using standard integration tools.
Manage data migration activities, including data validation and reconciliation.
Provide system testing support, including unit testing, UAT, and defect resolution.
Deliver end-user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.
Act as a customer-facing consultant, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
Ensure adherence to organizational processes, data security, and compliance standards.
Assist in reporting, monitoring, non-conformity management, and corrective actions related to ISO standards.
Qualification
Minimum of 6 years of overall experience in SAP SuccessFactors consulting and implementations.
Hands-on experience in at least one full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors implementation, with exposure to rollouts and support projects.
Strong functional expertise in one or more SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central mandatory; others preferred).
Experience with SuccessFactors integrations, including SAP standard integrations and third-party systems.
Solid understanding of HCM business processes, HR data models, and best practices.
Experience in data migration, system configuration, and testing activities.
Ability to work in Agile or hybrid project delivery models.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and solution-design capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
Desirable / Nice to Have:
SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) in Employee Central or other modules.

Project Estimator (Appraisal & Estimation)
Job Location: Mumbai / Pune
Key Responsibilities:
A. Project Estimation (Pre-Tender)
- Study tender drawings, specifications, BOQs, and scope documents for façade works.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for unitized, semi-unitized, stick systems, skylights, ACP, glazing, louvers, and special façades.
- Perform quantity take-offs from architectural and façade shop drawings.
- Prepare rate analysis for aluminium profiles, glass, hardware, sealants, accessories, and installation.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and vendors for technical clarifications and budgetary quotes.
- Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations and carry out techno-commercial comparisons.
- Identify project risks, assumptions, exclusions, and opportunities during estimation.
- Support tender submissions, value engineering proposals, and bid negotiations.
B. Project Appraisal (Post-Award)
- Prepare detailed project appraisal / cost break-up immediately after order award.
- Finalize project budget aligned with contract value and approved specifications.
- Compare tender estimate vs final appraisal vs execution budget.
- Identify margin gaps, risk items, and cost-sensitive components.
- Define target rates for procurement and subcontracting.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and billing milestones for façade works.
- Hand over commercial and cost data to the project execution team.
C. Cost Control & Performance Monitoring
- Monitor actual cost vs appraisal budget during execution.
- Support variation pricing, change order evaluation, and claim preparation.
- Assist in project profitability analysis and post-completion cost review.
- Maintain historical cost database for future estimations.
D. Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with projects, planning, procurement, and finance teams.
- Prepare management reports on project margins, cost trends, and risk exposure.
- Participate in project review meetings and value engineering discussions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education:
- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Structural Engineering
- Experience:
- 2–6 years in façade estimation and commercial management
- Strong exposure to unitized curtain wall systems preferred
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel (advanced), MS Word
- Experience with façade estimation tools / ERP systems (preferred)
- Knowledge of aluminium extrusion systems, glass specifications, façade testing norms
Strong understanding of Indian façade contracting practices and BOQ structures
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, schedule, and manage all releases across product and customer projects.
- Define and maintain the release calendar, identifying dependencies and managing risks proactively.
- Partner with engineering, QA, DevOps, and product management to ensure release readiness.
- Create release documentation (notes, guides, videos) for both internal stakeholders and customers.
- Run a release review process with product leads before publishing.
- Publish releases and updates to the company website release section.
- Drive communication of release details to internal teams and customers in a clear, concise way.
- Manage post-release validation and rollback procedures when required.
- Continuously improve release management through automation, tooling, and process refinement.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- 3+ years of experience in Release Management, DevOps, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, source control (Git), and build/deployment practices.
- Experience creating release documentation and customer-facing content (videos, notes, FAQs).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to translate technical changes into business impact.
