Strong Product Designer Profile (B2B SaaS / B2C Video / Media Platforms / Top B2C)

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 3+years of experience as a Product Designer / UX/UI Designer working on SaaS OR Top B2C product OR Video/Media product (Video product like Zoom,Vimeo,YouTube,Twitch)

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have Hands-on experience in designing end-to-end product features — from discovery to delivery (user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and interaction design)

Mandatory (Experience 3): Experience working on complex dashboards, multi-role systems, or workflow-heavy products (e.g., producer tools, admin panels, or data-heavy interfaces)

Mandatory (Skill 1): Strong proficiency in Figma — including high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, and design systems

Mandatory (Skill 2): Strong foundation in UX design, user flows, information architecture, and usability principles with the ability to simplify complex problems

Mandatory (Skill 3): Strong product thinking and problem-solving ability — able to translate ambiguous requirements into clear, intuitive user experiences

Mandatory (Skill 4): Strong experience of using AI tools to create clickable prototypes and iterate rapidly

Mandatory (Portfolio): Must showcase 2+ shipped products or major features with clear case studies demonstrating impact, problem-solving approach, and design rationale

• Job Title :Purchase Engineer
• Experience: 4yr to 6yr
• Education: Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• Location: Rakanpur, Gandhinagar

• Experience in Specifically machine shop items for machines (like VMC, CNC) and if possible foundry knowledge will be added advantage.
• Experience in an engineering, procurement and operations.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with personal computers and networking,specifically Microsoft Excel. Knowledge and direct experience in negotiating contracts and quotations with Contract Manufacturers and Suppliers.
• Ability to identify cost reduction opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Present, promote and sell services using solid arguments to new and prospective customers
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience of 6 years or more as a quota carrying individual into Software/Web Development Services Domain.
• Has adequate knowledge of technology and jargons required for sales discussions.
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
• Hands on experience with tools like HubSpot/Salesforce would be an added advantage.
• Should be comfortable with Background Verification of previous employment.

• Overall 2+ years’ experience developing web applications

• Familiar with CI/CD pipeline
• Experience working with something other than the Microsoft stack (Python, Java, Scala, Go etc.)

Skills:

- Develop web apps using jQuery or ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, PHP Advanced, any MVC framework and Ajax.

- Hands on knowledge of Adobe Photoshop

- Experience of setting up a production workflow with git and cloud deployment will be plus.

- Knowledge of web technologies such as NodeJS, ReactJS, VueJS etc will be plus
