Technical Duties & Responsibilities
With 2-4 years of experience in Scalable Architecture development. We are looking for Independent Contributors, who have good understanding of Microservices based architecture, and a comprehensive awareness of various architectures & their suitability as per product requirements: -
• Strong knowledge of microservices based architecture model.
• Good knowledge of messaging frameworks like RabbitMQ. Prefer a candidate who had earlier used messaging for a chat type solution or developed high transaction messaging queues.
• Should have experience in Elastic Search and Kibana. • Good understanding of RESTful architecture, database technologies (both SQL - and NoSQL).
• Ability to understand and solve performance issues and constraints.
• Should have understanding of scaling applications, and know the bottlenecks involved in resource optimization.
• Proficient in .Net framework and its languages with also good programming knowledge of JavaScript.
• Proficient in MS concepts like Asp.net, C#, MVC, webservices (development and consumption), API development
• Should have experience in Agile, iterative and Scrum based projects.
• Should have worked in a Test Driven Development (TDD) environment. Good knowledge of Object Oriented programming, Design Principles like SOLID, and Gang of Four Design patterns.

Mystifly is currently seeking Product Manager responsible for driving the business into the future by setting the long-term vision and strategy for our product lines. Your primary responsibilities will be identifying potential features and products by conducting market research and generating product requirement specifications.
You will also work closely with the teams of engineers to build our products. We are looking for an extremely entrepreneurial Product Manager to innovate and execute the product initiatives across the company.
Responsibilities :
- Understand the marketplace and customer needs to set the long-term vision and strategy for our product lines.
- Market and lead competitive research and communicate actionable insights to decide on the overall goals of the releases.
- Identify, prioritize and execute on high-impact opportunities to light-up product features.
- Establish and manage the product release and overall release schedule timelines.
- Analyse metrics that inform the success of products and validate key findings with the data.
- Track progress and measure impact to drive successful business outcomes.
- Coordinate, collaborate and communicate clearly with teams within the company to enable proper solutions for customer requirements.
Requirements :
- 3-8 years of demonstrated success and subject matter expertise in Product Management, preferably from B2B Product experience, Airline distribution or payments & fin tech.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and/or MBA from Tier I Institutes.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Sound business judgement; strategic and data analytical capabilities.

- Familiar with JAVA programming principles, understand their advanced features and class libraries, network and server programming, multi-threaded programming, common open source products
- Experience in SOA EIP using Apache Camel Spring Integration
- High quality coding ability, reusability, low coupling, scalability, high performance, maintainability, high security
- Have the architectural design capabilities of modules and subsystems, master common architectural design methods and patterns
- Understand SOA, event-driven, distributed system principles, large-scale network application structure, message middleware, caching, load balancing, clustering technology, data synchronization, NoSQL
- Have the project experience of RabbitMQ or Kafka
- If the candidate has air fare industry experience, might be priority
