We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Backend Developer with 4-6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong backend development expertise, a deep understanding of distributed systems, and a high sense of ownership. This role requires working independently on POCs and projects while also mentoring junior team members and enabling scalable delivery.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and services.
• Work independently on project implementations and backend solution development.
• Implement distributed architecture design patterns to build reliable and high-performance systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust backend solutions.
• Guide and mentor junior developers, ensuring quality implementation and adherence to best practices.
• Participate in system design discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making.

What Makes You the Perfect Fit?

• 4-6 years of backend development experience with strong expertise in Java or Go,
• Hands-on exposure to distributed systems, and solid knowledge of PL/SQL, with the ability to work independently and take high ownership of deliverables.

• Strong database development skills with PL/SQL.

Good to Have Skills

• Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).
• Understanding of Frontend technologies or DevOps practices.
• Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Temporal or similar platforms.

Work Requirements:

• Willingness to work in US or flexible shift timings based on project requirements
• Ability to work independently on POCs/projects and help scale additional pods of work
• Guide and direct junior team members to ensure proper implementation

Required Skillset

• Experience in Core Java 1.8 and above, Data Structures, OOPS, Multithreading, Algorithms, Collections, System Design, Unix/Linux. • Possess good architectural knowledge and be aware of enterprise application design patterns. • Should be able to analyze, design, develop and test complex, low-latency client-facing applications. • Good development experience with RDBMS. • Good knowledge of multi-threading and high-volume server-side development. • Basic working knowledge of Unix/Linux. • Excellent problem solving and coding skills in Java. • Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills. • Should be able to express their design ideas and thoughts.

Job Brief-

• Understand product requirements and come up with solution approaches. • Build and enhance large scale domain centric applications. • Deploy high quality deliverables into production adhering to the security, compliance and SDLC guidelines.

We are seeking a skilled Java Developer with 5+ years of experience in Java, Camunda, Apache Camel, Kafka, and Apache Karaf. The ideal candidate should have expertise in workflow automation, message-driven architectures, and enterprise integration patterns. Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on experience in microservices and event-driven systems are required.

Must have experience on Java, Spring MVC / Boot, Hibernate / MyBatis 

- Must have experience on building large scale application 

- Must have experience on RESTful Web-Services 

- Must be good in problem solving, Data structures and Algorithms. 

- Strong understanding of Web Architectures, E-commerce solutions 

- Strong understanding of any MySql / Postgresql 

- Strong understanding of any Redis / Memcached / Mongodb / Elasticsearch 

- Hands-on experience on GCP / AWS would be an added advantage 

- Hands-on experience on Kubernetes / Docker would be an added advantage 

- Basic knowledge of version control system like Git / Mercurial / Bitbucket 

- Writes well managed and clean codes 

Job Requirements-

Mandatory:

1. 2 - 3 years of J2EE experience

2. Clear understanding and application knowledge of Object-Oriented concepts

3. Experienced in Core Java, Collection Framework, exception handling, logging frameworks

4. Knowledge of Struts/Spring/Springboot framework or any ORM tools like Hibernate, JPA mandatory

5. Knowledge of SQL

Desirable to have:

1. Code review tools like pmd, sonar, Checkstyle

2. Knowledge of writing unit testing using Junit, Jmock, DBUnit etc.,

3. Knowledge to build scripts using ant, maven

4. Exposure to Agile Model

5. Exposure to BFSI domain
