Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:

• Data science model review, run the code refactoring and optimization, containerization, deployment, versioning, and monitoring of its quality.
• Design and implement cloud solutions, build MLOps on the cloud (preferably AWS)
• Work with workflow orchestration tools like Kubeflow, Airflow, Argo, or similar tools
• Data science models testing, validation, and test automation.
• Communicate with a team of data scientists, data engineers, and architects, and document the processes.

Eligibility:

• Rich hands-on experience in writing object-oriented code using python
• Min 3 years of MLOps experience (Including model versioning, model and data lineage, monitoring, model hosting and deployment, scalability, orchestration, continuous learning, and Automated pipelines)
• Understanding of Data Structures, Data Systems, and software architecture
• Experience in using MLOps frameworks like Kubeflow, MLFlow, and Airflow Pipelines for building, deploying, and managing multi-step ML workflows based on Docker containers and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to deep learning approaches and modeling frameworks (PyTorch, Tensorflow, Keras, etc. )

We are looking for a receptionist to be responsible for greeting clients, and visitors to our office and handling a variety of administrative tasks; including answering phones, receiving visitors, preparing meeting and training rooms, making travel plans, event coordination, vendor management etc.

Role &  Job Responsibilities:

• Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
• Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
• Maintains security and telecommunications system.
• Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
• Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring the logbook and issuing visitor badges
• Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, stay booking, food ordering, stationary and making travel plans. 
• Preparing meeting and training rooms.
• Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Senior Statistical Programmer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for the development, quality control, and documentation of statistical (SAS) programming deliverables for clinical research studies.

Key Responsibilities:

1.      Lead and oversee the development of SAS programs for the management and statistical analysis of clinical trial data.

2.      Develop, test, and validate statistical tables, listings, and graphs (TLGs) in support of the statistical analysis plan.

3.      Support the generation and review of protocols, data management plans, study reports, and other regulatory documents.

4.      Provide input to the statistical analysis plan, table shells, data integration plans, and mock-ups.

5.      Ensure data quality by designing and validating key data checks and listings.

6.      Develop specifications for derived datasets and perform data transformation as necessary.

7.      Collaborate effectively with data management and biostatistics teams, clinicians, and other project stakeholders.

8.      Guide junior programmers and provide mentoring as needed.

9.      Keep abreast of new developments in SAS programming and clinical research, and act as a subject matter expert for the team.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

1.      Bachelor's or master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

2.      Minimum of 3 plus years of statistical programming experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO industry.

3.      Excellent SAS programming skills and proficiency in SAS/Base, SAS/Macro, SAS/Graph, and SAS/STAT.

4.      Familiarity with CDISC SDTM and ADaM data standards.

5.      In-depth understanding of clinical trial data and extremely complex statistical methods.

6.      Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

7.      Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into understandable results.

8.      Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

9.      Prior experience leading teams or projects is highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:

1.      Experience in oncology, immunology, respiratory, infectious diseases, or neurosciences is a plus.

2.      Knowledge of other statistical software such as R or Python is a plus.

3.      Knowledge of regulatory guidelines (FDA/EMA/ICH) is preferred.

• Develop new client partnerships with company's key accounts and develop strategic partnerships with large companies across industries. 
• Nurture and develop existing clients and generate incremental revenues within these accounts by selling additional products and services.
• Proactively identify & solve customer business problems by providing subject matter expertise and by using relevant product and services lines to create solutions. 
• Key point of contact for large accounts. 
• Ability to maintain senior level client relationships.
• Will be required to implement company's aggressive growth plans in the identified territory. Primary focus will be on new business while ensuring existing relationships are maintained.
• High adherence to internal CRM with an estimate of sales forecast.
• Liaising with the operations/products team for a smooth delivery of the end product and ensuring the service expectations of the customers are met.
• Should be comfortable with working in flexible time zones (Primarily US time zone) 

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 - 12 years experience in Key Accounts Management.
• Strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills.
• Good negotiation skills to achieve desired results/meet customer needs.

Your Day-to-Day Tasks Include: 

Works in requirements like Engineering, Design, Development, and Deployment. All the tasks involves working with Java, SQL Server and Couchbase. 

Build and monitor data pipelines that serve 100+ websites, 150M+ unique impressions daily. Write code that can handle 4x more scale than the given requirement. 

Maintain uptime of multiple distributed web applications. 

Build data pipelines to pull data from upstream partners like Google. 

You Should Have: 

Minimum 3 years of experience with Java. 

Minimum 2 year of experience with any SQL database (MySql, MSSql, Oracle, DB2, Sybase). Minimum 3 years of experience with web development. 

Experience with any NoSql database (MongoDb, Couchbase, CouchDb, DynamoDb). Experience of designing/implementing/maintaining scalable systems. 

Experience with any cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP). 

Good To Have: 

Experience with BI and data reporting. 

Experience with Elastic search. 

Understanding of data warehousing. 

Experience in Node.js.
