About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our team for the Jupiter project. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of quality assurance principles. You will play a key role in ensuring our applications meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional, integration, regression, and system testing for complex technical projects.
• Develop, execute, and maintain test cases and test scripts.
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
• Identify, log, and track defects through the software development lifecycle.
• Conduct exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and usability issues.
• Participate in release validation, UAT, and production support activities.
• Provide detailed test reports and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Apply QA methodologies and best practices to improve overall product quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–8 years of hands-on QA experience in testing complex software systems.
• Strong understanding of QA theory, processes, and methodologies.
• Solid system thinking and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of SQL and Linux fundamentals.
• Excellent verbal, written, and numerical communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the Finance / Banking domain.
• Basic programming or automation skills.
• Hands-on experience in Exploratory Testing.
• Experience supporting UAT or production environments.

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive who can support business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our eLearning solutions in international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, outreach, and networking.
• Engage with potential clients through emails, LinkedIn, and calls to introduce company services.
• Support the sales pipeline by qualifying leads and coordinating meetings with senior team members.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials for client interactions.
• Maintain and update CRM data, client records, and sales reports.

Required Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Job Description Roles and Responsibilities

1. Create and implement email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, sales, and retention

2. Develop creative and engaging content for emails, including subject lines, email copy, and CTAs

3. Conduct A/B testing and analysis to optimize email campaigns for the best results

4. Manage and segment our email lists to ensure targeted and personalized communications

5. Collaborate with other marketing team members to align email campaigns with broader marketing strategies

6. Monitor and report on email marketing performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and unsubscribe rates

7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing

The Technical Lead should be well versed with Node.js, React js, AWS, Microsoft Azure, flutter, scalable cloud architecture.

He/she will be working directly under the CEO and will act as both a technology and business expert, making decisions that will impact the current and future operations of the company. 

Responsibilities:

• Setting a vision for how technology will be used in the company.

• Ensuring that the tech team meets the company’s short and long term needs.

• Outline the goals for research and development. 

• Creating timelines for the development and deployment of all product requirements. 

• Acting as a mentor to the tech team members. 

• Maintaining a consumer-focused outlook and aiding in the delivery of new features.

• Managing technology budgets and time frames.

• Driving and planning sprints and ensuring a high tech team velocity.

• Staying on top of technology trends and developments.

• Ensuring all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards.

• Ensuring that there is no system downtime and all products are working seamless.

Requirements /Qualifications:

• Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written). 

• Self-motivated with diligent work ethic, a business acumen, enthusiastic and passionate, exceptional team management skills. 

• Should be well versed with Node.js, React js, AWS, Microsoft Azure, flutter, scalable cloud architecture.

• Extensive industry knowledge with an eye towards the future.
