Responsibilities:

- Collaborate closely with the product management and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute creative design solutions that align with our company's vision and goals.

- Create a wide range of designs, including user interfaces, digital marketing materials, branding assets,

and corporate collateral.

- Utilize Figma to develop high-fidelity prototypes and mockups that effectively communicate design

ideas.

- Stay abreast of advancements in design software and technologies, incorporating new techniques and tools into your design workflow to enhance project outcomes.

- Ensure consistency in the visual language across all digital and print platforms by adhering to brand guidelines.

- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design perspectives and solutions.

- Manage multiple design projects from concept through completion under tight deadlines.

- Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and polish designs.

Qualifications:

- A bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

- Proficiency in design software and technologies, including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and Sketch.

- A strong portfolio showcasing creative design work across various mediums and formats.

- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and color theory.

- Ability to conceptualize and create original designs based on specific briefs or spontaneous ideas.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly and persuasively.

- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- A passion for staying up to date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.

Role Description

Need a graphic designer who should be able to conceptualise campaigns and execute eye-catching and professional email designs. With the desire to learn organisational and business values, they should be able to determine the requirements and produce exceptional work.

Responsibilities

1. Understand the brief, participate in brainstorming and produce creative designs that result in an engaging consumer journey.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team and copywriters to understand the exact requirements and expectations.
3. Be a great team player and coordinate with other design teams to seek and provide design assistance.
4. Use proficient creative software skills to create variety of static and motion graphics for communication design.
5. Learn business requirements and organisational values to adapt the same in designs.
6. Understand how creatives are performing via analysing performance data, and incorporate the same understanding into subsequest creatives.

Requirements

Strong Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Excellent visual design skills in both static and basic motion graphics.

• Basic knowledge of HTML and Adobe XD will be advantageous.

• Ability to present your designs and defend your solutions to various stakeholders.

• 2-4 years of experience as a graphic designer in a relevant field. Good layout designing skills and sense of colour usage.

• E-commerce background is a plus point.

Professional written and interpersonal skills.

• Understanding the Beauty Space is a plus.

• Experienced in determining requirements and meeting deadlines.

1. Execute visual designs & graphics from wireframes to development-ready stage
2. Assess user feedback in collaboration with product team
3. Build UI improvement hypotheses and innovative ideas for effective communication
4. Coordinate with engineering team for development
5. Build & manage design library and standards

Skills:

• Ability to understand complex business goals, product & technical content, and Interaction Design in order to create engaging & effective experiences for our customers
• Thorough understanding of User Experience Design
• Collaboratively evolve the functionality of digital products along with Business & Technology teams
• Develop and manage user mapping as well as, User experience guidelines and acceptance criteria
• Ability to research, create and present product user journey maps, user task flows, interaction models, storyboards
• Can develop new approaches to complex design problems and convey these designs in the form of presentations, prototypes, and design specifications
• Excellent time-management, multi-tasking, and communication skills; and the ability to quickly prioritize tasks
• Must communicate clearly and effectively; strong analytical and oral communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the project to on-time and quality delivery as agreed by the client
• Be the part-time project manager
• Raise and negotiate issues and risks with senior management of the client
• Manage profitability of the project
• As the lead designer, he/she needs to guide team members well and facilitate their learning in the organization
• Stay up-to-date with latest achievements, best practices and trends in design
• Candidate should be willing to travel for on-site project executions for short/long durations in India and abroad
• Candidate should be open to temporary/permanent relocation within Think Designs studios in India

Deliverables:

• Due to his/her role as a Project Manager, a Lead UX Designer will be responsible for ensuring on-time and quality delivery of all deliverables for the project even though he/she may not actually work on all of them. Depending on client requirements, as a Lead designer, he/she will be responsible for delivering all or some of the following:
• Design Strategy based on User Mapping, User Stories, Business Needs, Technology inputs
• Wireframes
• Navigation Structures
• Story Boards
• Interactive Guidelines
• Visual Designs
• Prototypes
• PSD Files
• Specification Documentation
