Roles & responsibilities:

• Recruiting for multiple profiles including Technical and Non-Technical roles
• Appraisal handling and implementation
• Employee feedback and grievance handling.
• HR Generalist role including basic employee management, payroll, attendance leaves and statutory compliances.
• Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
• Grooming and Soft Skills training and quality check from time to time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• At least 3 years of human resource management experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Hiring Senior Graphic Designers & Visualizers for a full-time position at Thane (w), Ghodbunder

Candidate applying must have 3-4 years of working experience at any Digital Marketing Company or Advertising Agency. Candidates residing at Thane or Navi Mumbai shall be given first preference

Job role includes:

• Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery for Digital Marketing
• Generating fresh concepts
• Meeting Deadlines
• Designing graphic content, illustrations, and infographics

• Proficient in Node with Express.Js as a framework.
• Must have hands-on experience in Databases. (MongoDB)
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
• Hands-on experience in building microservices and processes.
• Building reusable code and libraries for future use

• Hands on Java experience with minimum 8 yrs. More experience is a plus but need to be hands on.
• Server side programming experience with technologies: Spring, Hibernate & Swing is a plus
• Good DB knowledge, hands on PL/SQL or T-SQL
• Experienced to work on Linux, git, IntelliJ, Eclipse
• Experience of designing and developing end-to-end solutions.
