Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Agentic Engineer / Data Scientist with hands-on experience in designing, architecting, and developing advanced agentic systems and intelligent solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in modern AI frameworks and experience building scalable, production-grade AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop agentic systems and AI-driven solutions
• Architect scalable workflows for multi-agent systems
• Implement and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
• Work with vector embeddings and vector databases
• Build and manage agent orchestration frameworks
• Develop end-to-end AI workflows, including data ingestion, processing, and inference
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered solutions
• Continuously evaluate and integrate emerging AI tools and frameworks

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI Engineering
• Strong experience in agent engineering and agent-based architectures
• Hands-on experience with:
• RAG pipelines
• Vector embeddings and semantic search
• Multi-agent orchestration and workflow design
• Proficiency in Python and relevant ML/AI libraries
• Experience with:
• LangChain (mandatory)
• LangGraph (mandatory)
• Solid understanding of LLMs and prompt engineering
• Strong problem-solving and system design skills

·      7+ years of professional experience in front-end development.

·      5+ years of hands-on experience with React.js and its ecosystem (Redux, Context API, Hooks, etc.)

·      Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

·      Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSocket integration.

·      Proficiency in modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel, etc.).

·      Expertise in state management libraries (Redux, MobX) and React Query.

·      Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.

·      Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, etc.).

·      Familiarity with modern CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (Git).

• Perform technical feasibility studies of new technologies and architectures, including evaluation of OTS cloud offering.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Networking / Computer Science / Software Engineering or a related field
• 12+ years of hands-on experience in Networking, shell scripting, and Linux internals, with a development background.
• Strong understanding of Networking concepts like VPC, Route tables, Host base router firewall, SSH, NAT, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, Virtual IPs, VPN
• Linux System Administration and Networking work experience
• Configuring Firewalls(IP tables/firewall) and security software
• Able to generate Linux packages, and configure based on business needs.
• Passion for cybersecurity. Ability to build secured Linux packages with antivirus and security patches.
• Shell, Python scripting experience
• Basic SQL skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional and remote teams. Must be able to communicate in English, both written and verbal.
• Interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with vendors and customers.
