Business Development Executive

• Strong Product Motion Designer / Animator / Interaction Designer profile
• Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have a Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Motion Designer / Animator.
• Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have worked with Product Design teams on interactive motion design projects for consumer-focused apps.
• Mandatory (Portfolio) – Must have a strong portfolio showcasing interaction designs, product animations, motion designs, micro-interactions & illustrations from top B2C product companies (e.g., Swiggy, Zomato, Cred, Paytm, Flipkart, etc.).
• Mandatory (Company) – Must be from Top B2C Product Companies
• Mandatory (Exclusion 1) – Do not consider candidates focused mainly on illustrartion or marketing motion graphics (ads, banners, brand films, video editing).
• Mandatory (Tools & Skills) – Must have strong expertise in Figma, After Effects, Protopie, Lottie, and related prototyping tools.

Responsibilities: 

● Work with principal stakeholders & decision makers in client organizations to understand their Business/Organization Goals, User/Customer Behavior, and create Design Roadmaps & Strategies for their Services & Products. 

● Collect & analyze Business Requirements, create Design briefs & proposals, convert sales inquiries into projects. 

● Lead prioritization discussions with leadership teams, defining scope, budget, timelines and resource allocation. 

● Lead the Design Studio & projects to on-time and quality delivery as agreed by the client. 

● Guide excellent design delivery, with thorough understanding of UX & UI Design. 

● Work closely with Frontend & backend development, Content & Communication, Digital Marketing and other teams to ensure the success of the projects. 

● Raise and negotiate issues and risks with senior management of the client. 

● Manage profitability of the projects & design studio. 

● He/she needs to guide team members well and facilitate their constant learning in the organization. 

● Stay up-to-date with latest achievements, best practices and trends in design. 

● Establish best practices and design-thinking processes across the organization. 

Expectations: 

● Minimum 10+ years of core UX & UI Design experience. 

● At least 3 years of experience leading and managing a small to medium design team (20 to 40 Members). 

● Should have led at least 12 product design client projects hand-on, involving UX & UI Design teams, Front end development teams. 

● Should have led & delivered at least 3 client projects in CX or Service Design. 

● Experience in UX & UI Design for web, mobile & TV.

● Should be willing to travel for short/long durations in India and abroad for work. 

● Thought Leader in Strategic UX Design. 

● Ability to decode complex technical content

Roles and Responsibilities

The Business Development Associate would be responsible for the following duties:

• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers within the construction industry, including contractors, architects, engineers, and project managers.
• Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing, including needs assessment, solution presentation, negotiation, and contract execution.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the benefits of our software solutions to potential customers.
• Customer Support: Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Sales Reporting: Track sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to management.

Position Overview:

We are searching for a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team in Pune, India. As a DevOps Engineer at Kiru, you will play a critical role in ensuring our payment infrastructure's reliability, scalability, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize your expertise in technology infrastructure configuration to manage and automate infrastructure effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Software Developers and technology management, to design and implement robust and efficient DevOps solutions.
• Configure and maintain a secure backend environment focusing on network isolation and VPN access.
• Implement and manage monitoring solutions like ZipKin, Jaeger, New Relic, or DataDog and visualisation and alerting solutions like Prometheus and Grafana.
• Work closely with developers to instrument code for visualisation and alerts, ensuring system performance and stability.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development and deployment pipelines.
• Collaborate on the selection and implementation of appropriate DevOps tools and technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging DevOps trends and best practices.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to DevOps processes and configurations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
• Experience configuring infrastructure on Microsoft Azure
• Experience with Kubernetes as a container orchestration technology
• Experience with Terraform and Azure ARM or Bicep templates for infrastructure provisioning and management.
• Experience configuring and maintaining secure backend environments, including network isolation and VPN access.
• Proficiency in setting up and managing monitoring and visualization tools such as ZipKin, Jaeger, New Relic, DataDog, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers to instrument code for visualization and alerts.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Azure Kubernetes Services and managing identities across Azure services.
• Previous experience in a financial or payment systems environment.
