Position Overview

We are looking for a well-organized and proactive Jr. HR & Admin Executive to handle recruitment support and daily office administration. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong coordination ability, and a disciplined approach to work.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
• Screen resumes and conduct basic telephonic screenings.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for availability.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and daily hiring reports.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, offer updates, and joining dates.
• Assist with onboarding documentation and joining formalities.

Admin Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day office administration tasks.
• Oversee housekeeping, office maintenance, and vendor coordination.
• Handle stationery, pantry, courier services, and procurement requirements.
• Coordinate travel bookings, meeting room arrangements, and visitor management.
• Monitor office equipment such as CCTV, printer, biometric machine, and escalate issues when required.
• Manage petty cash and maintain basic admin records.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (BBA/BA/B.Com or equivalent).
• 2-4 years of experience in HR/Admin preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and office administration.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Professional attitude and ability to multitask.

• Enterprise Network Implementation for Global Enterprise customers.
• Extensive experience in a network implementation environment gained in an ISP or telco or enterprise environment.
• Good technical knowledge and practical experience of BGP, OSPF routing protocols & switching technology.
• Conversant in best practices appropriate to network design and security.
• Understanding of hardware and software performance and scaling limitations.
• Network implementation, and management using Cisco Routers & switches ( Nexus & Catalyst), Juniper M and T series routers, and Aruba Wireless.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – confidence and professionalism both in working with multinational project teams and with clients on various levels of the organisation, from technical audiences to senior management
• Analytical and critical thinking; innovative problem-solving capability for complex customer requirements
• Ability to work under pressure from both customers and internal stakeholders and produce solution designs that are deliverable

Experience:
• A minimum of 4 years’ total experience in the areas of Networking and Telecommunications technologies
• At least 2 years’ experience in dealing with large, corporate customers in a technical solution Implementation profile.

Need to generate sales and building good customer relationships with effective communication.

We are looking out for an iOS Developer to join the Mobile team to take end to end ownership of our iOS Consumer App. We are looking out for someone who speaks fluent Swift and loves shipping and building beautiful, maintainable and scalable apps.

Requirements:

• You have 2-6 years of experience working with Swift and Objective-C whenever you encounter the pitfalls of Swift.
• Familiarity with MVC, MVP, MVVM and VIPER architectures.
• You have worked on 2-3 production apps with MAU's in the range of 25K+.
• You love getting your hands dirty and are dealing with legacy parts of the code bases.
• You have experience building projects from scratch as well as building on top of existing code bases.

• Reconciling of sales data and preparing data for GST return (GSTR-1 & 3B)
• Managing revenue booking and its auditing
• Handling GST audit and TDS return filing
• Processing, reconciling and managing payment/refund
• Coordinating with stakeholders such as various internal departments
• Processing and reconciling invoices
• Payroll processing and its controlling and also ensuring statutory compliance while handling the same
• Handling and managing PCS rate payment
• Book-keeping and maintaining financial records and financial statements related to payroll of the company
• Maintaining up-to-date and accurate records of the financial details related to payroll and reporting the same to the management in regular intervals

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduation in Commerce is a must
• Relevant work experience of 6-7 years in handling payroll (finance)
• E-commerce, retail or manufacturing background is preferred
• Proficiency in Excel
• Good in communication skills and with an eye to detail

Responsibilities

• Proficient in all Tableau platforms including desktop, server and web-based including Tableau Prep
• Design, build, maintain & deploy complex reports in Tableau.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using standard statistical tools and techniques.

Requirements
