JD: We are currently looking for a Accountant to join our growing team at our Mumbai - Kayan/ Ullasnagar office.
Accountant – Role Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers and journals.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable – process vendor invoices, issue invoices, track payments.
- Perform regular bank and general ledger reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Handle daily financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce or CA
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
- Proficiency in tools like Tally ERP 9, QuickBooks, SAP, or Xero.
- Strong skills in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and knowledge of Indian taxation laws (GST, TDS, Income Tax).
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi.

The Visual Architect is a visionary leader responsible for defining, evolving, and championing the overarching visual strategy and design language across all learning solutions. This role requires a profound understanding of learning objectives, business goals, and user experience, translating complex concepts into innovative, engaging, and scalable visual solutions and learning artefacts. The Visual Architect drives design excellence, leveraging storytelling and visual communication to ensure brand consistency and visual impact at the highest level within the learning ecosystem, significantly influencing learning strategies, including the integration of AR/VR, game mechanics, and gamification.
- Champion User-Centric Design: Define and enforce user-centric design principles throughout all stages of the design process, ensuring all visual solutions are optimized for the learner's experience and engagement.
- Incorporate Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG): Lead the development and implementation of design standards that fully comply with WCAG to ensure all learning artefacts are accessible to a diverse audience.
- Strategic Design Leadership for Learning: Define and articulate the long-term visual design strategy, architecture, and standards for complex learning programs/projects and organizational initiatives, aligning with pedagogical goals, business objectives, and emerging trends in digital learning.
- Conceptual Innovation & Learning Artifacts: Lead the ideation and development of groundbreaking visual concepts, translating abstract learning objectives and content into highly effective, engaging, and memorable visual experiences that manifest as compelling learning artifacts. Generate and evaluate multiple design solutions, pushing creative boundaries for learning content.
- Lead Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) and Emerging Technologies Design: Define and champion the strategic use AR/VR, and other immersive technologies to create groundbreaking and effective learning experiences.
- System-Level Design for Digital Learning: Architect comprehensive visual design systems, guidelines, and frameworks (e.g., design systems, brand guidelines, UI/UX patterns) that ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency across diverse learning platforms and programs/projects.
- Advanced Visual Communication: Demonstrate mastery in all aspects of visual communication, including typography, color theory, imagery, iconography, layout, and composition, to convey complex information clearly, effectively, and aesthetically within learning content.
- Brand & Content Stewardship: Act as the ultimate guardian of brand consistency and visual identity for all learning artefacts, ensuring all design outputs adhere to the highest standards and evolve the brand's visual presence. Expertly manage and integrate content for maximum visual impact in learning artifacts.
- Immersive & Interactive Learning Design: Drive the adoption and integration of cutting-edge 2D/3D and immersive design principles to create highly interactive and engaging user experiences within learning environments, enriching learning artifacts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Mentorship: Collaborate seamlessly with Learning Architects, ISDs, subject matter experts, engineers, product managers, and senior leadership, particularly on learning content development. Provide expert guidance and mentorship to senior multimedia designers and visual teams, fostering a culture of design excellence and innovation in creating learning solutions.
- Performance Management: Proactively manage the performance of visual design initiatives, including setting and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), assessing the effectiveness of visual solutions and learning design, and driving continuous improvement based on outcomes.
- Stakeholder & Customer Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships with high-level internal and external stakeholders, providing constructive feedback and influencing design decisions at an executive level, especially concerning learning strategies and solutions.
- Team Management: Provide direct leadership and management to a team of designers, including hiring, performance reviews, professional development, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Research & Development: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in visual design, learning experience design, and interactive media, integrating them into the design strategy.
- Master's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Interaction Design, Learning Technologies, or a closely related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in visual design, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership, architectural, or principal design role specifically within digital products or learning content development.
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, conceptual innovation, and mastery of visual design principles across diverse, complex learning programs/projects.
- Proven expertise in defining and leading visual design strategies for enterprise-level initiatives.
- Extensive experience in developing and managing comprehensive design systems, style guides, and component libraries at scale.
- Expert command of industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, 3D modeling/animation tools, advanced prototyping tools). AR/VR , AR/VR, game mechanics, and gamification elements into both macro and micro learning strategies
- Strong understanding of front-end technical capabilities and limitations (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to ensure feasible and scalable design solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex information into compelling visual narratives for educational purposes.
- Advanced proficiency in user research methodologies, WCAG, usability testing, and data-driven design decision-making.
- Superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence and articulate design rationale to executive leadership and diverse stakeholders.
- Track record of mentoring and developing design talent.
- Deep understanding of AGILE methodologies and extensive experience working within a learning, educational technology, or complex content delivery environment.
Build a database of customer leads through references, opening stalls in areas where there are higher
number of footfalls – like apartment complexes, shopping areas etc., door to door visits, distribution of
pamphlets etc.
Schedule meetings with potential liabilities customers and understand their requirement; thereafter
presenting them with the most suitable products and explaining the features/benefits.
Communicate clearly to customers on the requirements for various types of products & services
Ensure that all customer documents are verified with originals and are handled with care and
confidentiality.
Complete all account opening related processes accurately so that the customer experience is enhanced
and forms the foundation of a long relationship with the bank.
Maintain continuous communication with customers on the status of their account opening process.
Frequently communicate with newly signed up customers and assist them with additional products and
services based on their requirements
Build reference network from newly signed up customers for potential leads.
Regularly update Daily Sales Reports and discuss on the plans, action items, progress with the supervisor
