Job Description

We're looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong experience in API development, integrations, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with Salesforce Service Cloud and Data Cloud implementations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Salesforce development experience

Job Responsibilities                      

1.      Monitor legal risk in real estate documentation and advise clients accordingly.

2.      Interpret laws, rulings and regulations for real estate transactions.

3.      Draft and negotiate real estate transactions.

4.      Draft routine leases and amendments.

5.      Manage regulatory and compliance-related services.

6.      Support legal and general advisory needs associated with a large-scale real estate portfolio.

Required Skills:

1.      Basic experience in real estate law and industry knowledge that includes litigation, lease transactions, property management, and purchase and sale transactions.

4.      Analytical thinker with basic conceptual and research skills.

Minimum 7 years of experience in Salesforce Sales & CPQ Cloud or any other CPQ Product

• Experience with full cycle project implementations in Salesforce CPQ required.

Thingworx Developer/Sr Developer

Required experience range between 3-6 years.

· Thingworx Navigate experience desired

· Languages - Java, JavaScript & CSS

· Experience in Core Java, Java collections & Oops Concept

· Databases – MySQL, MS-SQL

· Having good working knowledge with XML, JSON.

· Design and Application development using Thingworx version - (8.2,8.5,9.X)
