QA Engineer

• 4+ years of experience in Product Design / UI/UX Design roles.
• Formal education in Design (B.Des / M.Des / equivalent) from reputed institutes.
• Proven experience working in product-based companies or fast-growing startups.

About the Role

We need a UI/UX & Graphic Designer who can craft seamless fintech experiences and maintain strong brand identity across products and marketing. The role includes UX design, branding, motion graphics, and creative strategy.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design

• Design intuitive interfaces using Figma/Adobe XD for apps, dashboards, onboarding journeys, and web screens.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, micro-interaction specs, and UX flows.
• Develop component-based design systems aligned with developer structures.
• Deliver developer-ready files with proper organization, naming, auto-layout, breakpoints, constraints, and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with developers for pixel-perfect implementation and QA.

Branding & Visual Identity

• Create brand identity systems (logo, typography, palettes, icons, illustrations).
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines for product and marketing assets.

Social Media, Motion Graphics & Collateral

• Design creatives, banners, ads, promotional visuals, and product update graphics.
• Create animation videos, motion graphics, UI micro-interactions.
• Build reusable templates for campaigns, landing pages, and emailers.

Creative Strategy & Research

• Conduct market research and trend analysis to shape modern fintech experiences.
• Create mood boards, concept decks, and storytelling assets for campaigns and launches.

Requirements

• Up to 1 year of experience in UI/UX + Graphic Design (preferably fintech/tech).
• Strong skills in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Canva (Blender is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of UX principles, design systems, typography, color theory, layouts, and responsive design.
• Portfolio must include UI/UX case studies, web/app designs, branding work, social creatives, and motion graphics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.

Your job:

• Analysis and evaluation of requirements and specifications of embedded software resp. firmware of the Business Unit Electric Automation.
• Creation of test cases based on acceptance and quality criteria
• Processing and management of testcases in the ALM system Code beamer.
• Statistical evaluation of test results to optimize and reduce the cost of future projects.
• Supporting test management with test planning.
• Collaboration in an interdisciplinary, international and agile team.

Your qualification:

• Completed studies in software engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable field of study.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• 5 years of professional experience in testing, ideally in embedded software testing.
• Good knowledge of software testing and agile methods such as SCRUM
• Experience with Code beamer or a comparable ALM tool is mandatory
• ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level, ideally also Advanced Level, is an added advantage
• Structured and abstract thinking as well as independence and ability to work in a team

About the Role:

•  As a Senior QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in defining and shaping the product's quality roadmap. This position offers significant flexibility and the opportunity to take on comprehensive responsibilities across the engineering stack at Poshn.

•  You will be involved in lean experimentation to develop digital experiments that accelerate evidence-based decision- making, influencing product, business, and commercial strategies.

•  Collaborate with UX and Data Engineering teams to ensure our products and services meet critical customer needs, thereby delivering outstanding customer and business value.

•  Initiative in system improvements at both the design and implementation levels is expected as Poshn expands.

Responsibilities:

•  Collaborate closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to grasp business objectives and convert them into quantifiable testing goals.

•  Develop and manage testing environments tailored to validate application functionalities according to the established requirements.

•  Lead comprehensive QA projects from start to finish, ensuring robust execution and adherence to project goals.

•  Craft, maintain, and execute a suite of test cases for both manual and automated testing to ensure product scalability and efficiency.

•  Perform thorough testing processes, streamline onboarding procedures for new platforms, and conduct detailed analysis to identify the root causes of issues and recommend viable solutions.

•  Assume full responsibility for the quality assurance aspects of the product, ensuring efficient communication and timely delivery of tasks.

•  Guide and mentor junior members of the QA team, setting high standards for quality and adherence to best practices in software testing.

Career Experience We'd Love to See:

•  You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance, particularly in testing web and mobile applications.

•  Demonstrated ability to oversee significant QA initiatives from inception to deployment, ensuring quality and compliance throughout.

•  Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and the ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

Technical Experience We’d Love to See:

•  Expertise in at-least one of the test automation tools and frameworks like Selenium, Appium , Rest Assured

•  Proficient in scripting languages used in test automation such as Puppeteer, Python.

•  Experience in both manual and automated testing, with strong analytical skills to identify bottlenecks and inconsistencies.

•  Knowledge of CI/CD practices using bitbucket pipelines, performance and memory tuning, and security testing
