We’re hiring a Software Development Engineer in Bangalore to build the systems that keep real-world operations running — from customer-facing products to the internal tools field teams depend on every morning.

→ Design, build, and ship across the stack: backend services, APIs, mobile/web field apps, and operational dashboards

→ Build systems for deployment, attendance, check-in/check-out, work verification, and issue resolution

→ Make products work in low-connectivity, field-heavy conditions with offline-first and vernacular-first experiences

→ Own features end to end — from design discussions to deployment to on-call

→ Work closely with Product, Ops, and field users to solve what’s actually happening on the ground

→ Contribute to data pipelines and analytics that power planning, forecasting, and unit economics

• 1–5 years building production software

• Comfortable across the stack, or deep in one area and ready to stretch

• Strong ownership mindset — you ship, debug production issues, and care if it works for the user

• Pragmatic with trade-offs and able to balance speed with quality

• Bonus if you’ve built for low-bandwidth, offline-first, next-billion-user contexts

Senior Full Stack Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who loves to build. This role is all about getting things working—fast—and then making them solid.

You’ll be hands-on across the stack, taking defined user journeys and turning them into real, clickable prototypes, then hardening them into reliable, production-ready features. There’s no people management here—just solving problems, writing code, and shipping.

You’ll work closely with your Innovation partner (who’s experimenting with new ideas and patterns) and help bring those ideas into the product in a practical, shippable way. We collaborate remotely, with in-person sessions to whiteboard, pair, and move things forward quickly.

What You’ll Do

• Take AI-generated code and make it production-worthy.
• Plug experimental UI and workflows into our core applications and services.
• Work closely with design and engineering to keep things practical and moving.

• Weekly maintenance and updates in coordination with the design and marketing team

What you need to have:

• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
• Work experience as a Python Developer
• Expertise in python framework django
• Knowledge of object relational mapping (ORM)
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (like JavaScript and HTML5)
• Knowledge of hospitality services and CRM like Zoho
• Team spirit, good problem-solving skills     

Looking for a highly skilled MEAN Full-Stack Developer who is comfortable with both front and back end programming.
1+ years in MEAN ( MongoDB, ExpressJS, Angular, NodeJS ) full-stack development.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Design client-side and server-side architecture.
• Design, Develop, and manage well-functioning databases and applications.
• Designing and developing user interactions on web pages.
• Designing and developing APIs.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Working experience in MEAN backend (MongoDB, ExpressJS, NodeJS) with very strong JavaScript.
• Thorough Understanding of Angular 8 / 9
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript Development on both client and server-side
• Knowledge on HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrapping, XML and other NoSQL databases like DynamoDB ( Preferred Skill of DynamoDB )
• knowledge on RDBMS like MySQL, SQL Server, etc.
• Distributed Technology Web Services (SOAP, RESTFUL)
• Strong experience in API development & integration, Database Design, third party libraries
• AWS Cloud framework (Serverless) and technologies experience.
• Familiarity with CI/CD for deploying the code.
• Familiarity with code versioning tools such as git along with knowledge about branching, code merging, and code review strategies.
