What You’ll Do

• Build and scale Desible.ai’s internal and client-facing web platforms end-to-end
• Design APIs and data pipelines integrating with real-time voice and communication systems
• Implement modular, well-tested frontend and backend features using modern frameworks
• Collaborate closely with AI, infra, and product teams to build reliable, usable tools
• Ensure high performance and fault tolerance for live conversational workloads
• Contribute to deployment and DevOps pipelines (CI/CD, cloud setup, monitoring)

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of strong full-stack development experience
• Hands-on experience with Node.js, React, Next.js, MongoDB, PostgreSQL/MySQL
• Strong understanding of APIs, Websockets, cloud deployments (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Good grasp of system design, scalability, and microservices
• Comfortable owning complete features — from backend logic to frontend delivery
• Bonus: experience in real-time communication, telephony, or AI-driven systems

Main duties/responsibilities

• Design & implement good quality software and databases as per the software specification.
• Participate in effort estimations.
• Participate in design discussions and own module designs.
• Effective troubleshooting of technical issues and bugs.
• Package deployment and release management.
• Provides technical support to customers.
• Provides training and guidance to the new developers and junior team members.
• Participate in Requirement discussions.
• Participate in Project related meetings if required.

Technical Knowledge

• Hands on experience in Angular ,HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
• Hands on experience in Node.js.
• Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML)
• RDBMS and Document Database.
• Hand on experience in AWS services, DevOps, GIT, Agile and Jira will be an added advantage.

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in the relevant field.

• Writing code for both the front end and the back end using MERN stack [MongoDB, Express.js, React.js and Node. js]
• Creating RESTful API with Node.js
• Maintaining all the required documents for your project.
• Constantly coming up with new ideas and also implementing them to improve the app’s performance.
• Writing code for the app logic as well as the business logic using Reducers, Actions and Redux framework.
• Create Unit and Integration tests to ensure the quality of code

• Knowledge of the database and familiarity with the schema design in NoSQL (i.e MongoDB)
• A good understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle

·      Implement new systems and redesign legacy systems, using leading technologies, to support advancing Research business requirements

·      Research and analyze business and system needs. Explore solution options to recommend designs and technologies

Skills and requirements:

·      At least 3+ years of experience in backend technologies like Node.js, Express, Sequelize

·      Experience in frontend technologies such as React JS, Next JS, Material UI

·      Experience with automated task runners such as Grunt or Gulp

·      Experience in Database like MySQL and/or PostgreSQL

·      Comfortable applying engineering best practices for Test Driven Development, integration testing version control, release management, work estimation and planning

·      Experience to work with Rest and GraphQL APIs

·      You know how to use Git,

·      You are passionate about code quality. Writing tests and documentation belong to your natural workflow.

·      Participate in or lead all parts of the software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, programming, testing, implementation, and support.

·      A history of active contributions to open source projects
