The sales Representative at Planetspark will be responsible for assisting and guiding the right offering/course to the consumers and getting them to purchase the right learning course.
Responsibilities:
● Understanding the offerings for the students and guiding them throughout the process to choose the right option for them
● Initiating phone conversations with parents who complete the demo classes for their kids.
● Intensely following up with the prospects and closing the sales within the sales cycle.
● Diligently communicating and priming the lead through channels like email, and calls.
● Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of call information in electronic and digital format.
● Achieving the monthly targets while completing all the input metrics targets,

## **Role Description**
As a Product Manager, you will own NowPurchase’s strategy, approach, and product roadmap for the **MetalCloud** platform that aims to build the operating system of metal manufacturing. To achieve your objectives, you will collaborate with the 2 founders, the data guy, the technology engineering manager and the metallurgist. You are expected to understand the metal manufacturing domain intimately during your course at NowPurchase.
### **What are the expectations from this role?**
- **You will own Strategy**: You will identify the key strategy questions and drive to resolution and alignment with the stakeholders.
- **You will own Roadmap & Features**: You will own the product roadmap for the entire platform!
- **You will own Metrics**: You will define the metrics, goals and measure outcome by designing testable MVPs. We do quick iterations. Anything that works is taken forward, others are dropped and deleted.
- **You will create product strategy documents** that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
- **Learn Domain fast!** You are expected to understand the metal manufacturing domain as soon as possible. We have an in house metallurgist who can help you with that.
- **Tight team**: You will work with the 2 founders, the data guy, the engineering manager and the metallurgist.
- Expect yourself to be spending a LOT of time in factories observing the manufacturing process as part of your primary research to come up with product roadmap ideas and testing existing MVPs.

- Experience with working with Product in your own startup or other startups.
- Experience identifying business opportunities, building a product strategy, and influencing delivery against a multi-year roadmap
- Understands core technologies utilized in their product domain and is fluent in pros and cons of technical alternatives

Your Responsibilities:
- Own the backend stack – Node.Js based, that powers our product
- Collaborate with Backend Developers (Python), Front-end developers, DevOps, and Data Scientists to design and implement new features
- Build and maintain several REST’ful Services/Endpoints which will be used both internally and externally in a Macroservices/Distributed services environment.
- Deploy and monitor the Services/Endpoints ensuring availability and scalability(ability to handle 100X traffic)
- Work on full project lifecycle starting from requirements gathering/understanding the problem to deploying and maintaining the project.
Skills that you bring Along:
- A minimum 8+ years of extensive work experience with Node.Js and related frameworks – particularly Express.Js.
- Extensive experience in designing and maintaining REST’ful API endpoints
- Extensive experience with databases such as Postgres and Mongo.
- Extensive experience in Cloud Infrastructure (AWS based) – e.g. AWS API Gateway, Lambda Functions etc.
