Relationship Manager – Insurance Sales.

1. Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new agents - POSP, ensuring they meet company standards and are properly trained. 
2. Achieving Sales Target
3. Providing ongoing training and development opportunities for agents, including product knowledge, sales techniques, and professional skills. 
4. Guiding agents in achieving sales targets, developing sales strategies, and identifying new business opportunities. 
5. Building and maintaining strong relationships with agents, providing support and addressing their needs. 
6. Tracking agent performance, identifying areas for improvement.
7. Developing and implementing strategies to grow the agency channel, expand market share, and increase profitability. 
8. Serving as a point of contact between the agency and the company, coordinating with various departments to support the agent network. 

1. Required skills
2. Proven working experience as an Insurance Agent or relevant experience from Insurance Broking Industry
3. Familiarity with all types of insurance plans (automobile, fire, life, property, medical etc)
4. Basic computer knowledge and statistical analysis

Sound technical exposure in React, Node, API, Java, JPA, Hibernate, Kafka, REST API,

Postgre DB.

• Strong experience in systems design principles.

• Must have strong exposure in PSQL queries and stored procedures.

• Experience in Lending/Fintech domains will be preferable.

• Design, implement and maintain Java-based applications that can be high-volume and

low-latency.

• Familiarity with browser testing and debugging.

• Analyze user requirements to define business objectives.

• Identify and resolve any technical issues arising.

• Develop technical designs for application development.

• Conducting software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging.

• Manage Java and Java EE application development.

The ideal candidate must have the following qualifications.

• BE/B.Tech Degree from a reputed institution with at least 7 years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience with Core Java, J2EE with a good knowledge of its ecosystem
• Experience with JUnit, JMH like performance tuning test tools preferred
• REST API design and development experience. Usage of Swagger or other API spec tools would be preferred. Working knowledge on Spring Boot is a plus
• Hands-on experience with some of the following application components is a plus: Solr, Kafka, OpenTSDB, Elasticsearch, Janus graph or any graph DB.
• Experience with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL or PostgreSQL required.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and build tools such as Jenkins or CircleCI, Maven, Ant required
• Experience building applications using microservices architecture is highly preferred. Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker would be ideal
• Working knowledge on public clouds like AWS or Google cloud or Azure is a plus
• Experience building scalable systems
• Strong problem solving skills and ability and interest to solve complex problems
• Interest in machine learning (ML) data science is a plus
