About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to be a key member of our

early-stage B2B startup! You’ll be responsible for ensuring our AI platform delivers a

high-quality, bug-free experience to users, while also capturing user feedback, resolving

issues, and turning insights into action. At Kris@Work, we are building a family of AI-powered

work companions that unify the tech stack with built-in intelligence models to make

employees smarter.

What You’ll Do

● Own the QA process across web and API layers - manual testing, test case creation,

and regression testing.

● Develop and execute test plans for new features, releases, and bug fixes.

● Work closely with product managers and developers to identify edge cases and

improve product robustness.

● Maintain a clear log of bugs, prioritise based on impact, and follow through to

resolution.

● Contribute to automation efforts for scaling QA processes.

● Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate product bugs to the engineering team with

clear reproduction steps.

● Track and categorise common user issues to drive product improvements and

knowledge base content.

● Act as the voice of the customer within the company—helping turn feedback into

roadmap ideas.

Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified

● 5+ years in a QA - preferably in a SaaS or AI/ML focussed company.

● Strong analytical, troubleshooting & excel skills; you're comfortable navigating logs, APIs, and debugging tools.

● Knowledge on tools like Postman, JIRA, Notion, Zendesk/Intercom, or similar.

● Customer-first mindset—you enjoy helping people and can turn friction into delight.

● Clear written and verbal communication in English.

● Experience testing conversational AI, LLM-based systems, or B2B platforms.

Objective of the Role:

We are looking for top-notch SDET with 1 - 4 years of experience, who will deliver on key initiatives, starting from the ideation phase all the way to development and product delivery

You Will :

• Development of iOS/Android test automation on mobile test harnesses
• Develop and enhance to the existing automation scripts, tools and framework using Java, TestNG and Appium
• Execute automated test plans and regression tests for iOS/Android applications
• Define testing strategies and scope for user stories and technical development tasks
• Provide estimates on testing efforts to Product and Engineering team members
• Maintain and improve the test coverage and ratio of automated test
• Advocate Automated Testing and CI/CD methodology, review and advise testing methods and best practices
• Identify, investigate, report, and track defects
• Deliver high-quality features and infrastructure to production
• Continuously learn new tools, technologies, and testing disciplines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent work experience
• A track record of improving quality
• 1+ years of test automation experience with expertise in iOS/Android app testing
• Experience on TestNG, Java, Appium, XCUITest with expertise in programming skills using Java
• Experience in Selenium webdriver, Experience using Xcode instruments
• Experience using BrowserStack or similar for app automation
• Expertise in software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Expertise in test design, test automation frameworks, and scripting tests
• Experience with MongoDB
• Experience with Git, DevOps CI/CD pipelines
• Good knowledge of data warehouses, data lakes and ETL pipelines (AWS, Athena, Redshift Spectrum, Postgres, SQL, etc) is a plus
