Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our sales team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who are eager to build a career in business development and sales.

The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, understanding customer requirements, assisting in product demonstrations, and supporting the complete sales process while achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 0–1 year of experience in Sales or Business Development (Freshers are welcome).

• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven attitude.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or academic project experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or Customer Relationship Management.
• Basic understanding of IT Services, ERP, CRM, SaaS, or Digital Marketing.
• Candidates based in Jaipur will be preferred.
