What we are looking for:

• Pursuing a degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Strong interest in UI design and visual storytelling.
• Basic knowledge of design principles (typography, color theory, layout, hierarchy).
• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Framer, or similar UI design software.
• Portfolio or samples of previous design work (academic or personal projects) are mandatory.
• Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback.

* 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform.

* Expertise in Model-driven apps, Business process flows, Cloud flows, Canvas Apps, Power Automate.

* Bachelors in computer science or related field.

* IT experience with n-tier, database, and client-server design/development.

* Architecting and designing business applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI.

* Expertise on various integration technologies like REST, Service Bus, HTTP, SOAP.

Job Summary:

The Training and Development Manager is responsible for assessing organizational needs, designing, implementing, and managing training programs that enhance the skills, performance, productivity, and quality of work for all employees.
