Job Title: Personal Assistant to CXO

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support our CXO in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, communications, and follow-ups efficiently, ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders. This role demands professionalism, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the CXO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, and daily schedule with efficiency and accuracy.
• Track, document, and follow up on tasks assigned to the CXO to ensure timely execution and closure.
• Prepare meeting agendas, record detailed minutes, and coordinate action items with relevant internal teams.
• Draft, proofread, and organize professional communications, including emails, presentations, and reports.
• Act as a liaison between the CXO and internal departments as well as external stakeholders.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure systematic documentation and record-keeping.
• Anticipate the CXO’s requirements, provide timely reminders, and prepare necessary materials in advance of meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in healthcare, technology, or start-up environments.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a talented Engineering Team of 8+ members.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members and assist them in their career progression. Set OKRs, progress checks and do performance evaluations.
• Manage the development pipeline to deliver features on schedule while maintaining high bar for quality.
• Closely Interact with other functions such as PM, Design, UI/UX, Art, QA, and deliver planned features.
• Perform Design reviews, Code reviews
• Create a solid Tech backlog that involves modernizing tech stack, set goals for performance improvements.

Requirements

• Masters or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• Should have 8+ years of professional experience in mobile, development using C++, C#, PYTHON, GO Lang, Javascript.
• Should have 2+ years of experience in managing teams, including hiring, mentoring and building strong teams.
• Shown ability to motivate teams and operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Role Objective:

Big Data Engineer will be responsible for expanding and optimizing our data and database architecture, as well as optimizing data flow and collection for cross functional teams. The ideal candidate is an experienced data pipeline builder and data wrangler who enjoys optimizing data systems and building. The Data Engineer will support our software developers, database architects, data analysts and data scientists on data initiatives and will ensure optimal data delivery architecture is consistent throughout ongoing projects. They must be self-directed and comfortable supporting the data needs of multiple teams, systems, and products

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Sound knowledge in Spark architecture and distributed computing and Spark streaming.
• Proficient in Spark – including RDD and Data frames core functions, troubleshooting and performance tuning.
• Good understanding in object-oriented concepts and hands on experience on Scala with excellent programming logic and technique.
• Good in functional programming and OOPS concept on Scala
• Good experience in SQL – should be able to write complex queries.
• Managing the team of Associates and Senior Associates and ensuring the utilization is maintained across the project.
• Able to mentor new members for onboarding to the project.
• Understand the client requirement and able to design, develop from scratch and deliver.
• AWS cloud experience would be preferable.
• Design, build and operationalize large scale enterprise data solutions and applications using one or more of AWS data and analytics services - DynamoDB, RedShift, Kinesis, Lambda, S3, etc. (preferred)
• Hands on experience utilizing AWS Management Tools (CloudWatch, CloudTrail) to proactively monitor large and complex deployments (preferred)
• Experience in analyzing, re-architecting, and re-platforming on-premises data warehouses to data platforms on AWS (preferred)
• Leading the client calls to flag off any delays, blockers, escalations and collate all the requirements.
• Managing project timing, client expectations and meeting deadlines.
• Should have played project and team management roles.
• Facilitate meetings within the team on regular basis.
• Understand business requirement and analyze different approaches and plan deliverables and milestones for the project.
• Optimization, maintenance, and support of pipelines.
• Strong analytical and logical skills.

• Mentor and guide a team of engineers across various levels and areas of expertise. Help engineers make good architectural decisions, improve code quality and delivery.
• Be responsible for tech solutioning, architecture being deployed maintaining right balance b/w short term and long term outcomes – speed vs quality.
• Establish strong engineering best practices and champion their adoption.
• Define career trajectory for your team and share feedback regularly to help them grow.

• 7+ years of experience in end to end cloud software development with exposure in building scalable, fault tolerant and secure large scale distributed systems. At least 1-2 years managing eng. teams.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in engineering (preferably computer science or sister branches) from a reputed institute (preferably IITs, NITs, or other top engineering institutes).
• Deep expertise in Java & tech stack (Springboot) & micro service based architecture writing maintainable, scalable, unit-tested code. This position requires a good mix of hands-on and people management.
• Hands-on experience in low-level and high-level design with the ability to propose and validate system design.
• You are comfortable jamming on code refactoring, architecture and design principles.
• Sound understanding of web technologies (JS, HTML5 CSS), databases - SQL & NoSQL (e.g. Cassandra), distributed caches (e.g. Redis), message queues (e.g. Kafka).
• Knowledge of UI architectural patterns like MVVM, MVC, MVP etc is useful.
• Exposure to android app development is a good plus.
• You have working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Gradle, GIT, Jenkins, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana or equivalents.
• You are an opensource enthusiast with the curiosity to stay abreast of latest tech.
• Must be comfortable working in fast paced agile environments. Ability to plan, prioritise, estimate and execute releases with strong degree of predictability.
• Excellent people & communication skills.
• Experience with AWS stack is preferred.
• Experience with a high-growth startup is a plus.

• Strong experience in agile product development. A certification (Scrum/SAfe/PO) is preferred 
• Expertise in Business documentation &translating functional requirements into technical specifications.
• Extensive experience working in a scrum/Kanban environment
• Extensive experience defining agile requirements (Epics/stories), including functional and technical in a product/services organization
• Experience with Project Management Tool such as AzureDevOps/Jira

The IT Infrastructure Analyst is responsible for working on assigned projects and technical initiatives in an efficient/effective manner.  The IT Infrastructure Analyst must possess a high degree of technical knowledge regarding server & storage systems and associated technology tools for managing them.
