🎯 Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) with strong experience in Java, Selenium Automation, API Testing, and BDD Frameworks.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in designing robust automation frameworks, executing test suites, and ensuring product quality across web and API layers.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Java + Selenium + Cucumber
• Write and execute test scripts for UI and API layers
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for web and backend systems
• Validate RESTful APIs using Postman / RestAssured
• Participate in code reviews, test strategy discussions, and defect triage meetings
• Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins / GitHub Actions)
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure end-to-end quality coverage
• Analyze failures, debug issues, and maintain test reports and documentation

Position Title: Senior Territory Sales Manager – Schools 

Locations: Bhubaneswar | Hyderabad | Vijayawada | Guntur | Mumbai | Vadodara | Madurai | Chennai Experience Required: 8+ years (Preferably in K–12 B2B School Sales)  

Role Overview 

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Senior Territory Sales Manager – Schools to lead sales efforts and grow our presence in the education sector. This role is critical in expanding business through school partnerships, achieving revenue goals, and ensuring a strong market presence in the assigned region.  

Key Responsibilities 

• Drive sales within the assigned territory through school outreach and strategic engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools to support long-term business growth.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by effectively positioning the company’s offerings.
• Analyse territory performance and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
• Design and implement innovative sales strategies tailored to specific regional needs.
• Conduct customer research and feedback surveys to inform product positioning and approach.
• Represent the company at education fairs, conferences, and industry events to generate leads.
• Ensure strong brand visibility and alignment with organizational sales objectives in the region.  

 Candidate Requirements  

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a territory sales or similar role, preferably in the education or K–12 sector. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven success in territory-based sales and client acquisition.
• Strong ability to work independently in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.

• Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform. Should

  have knowledge of firebase,android studio,API integration, flutter.

• Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code.
• Design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable code.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
• Should be comfortable and have extensive knowledge of Native Android development

What you need

• 3-7 years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or a mix of a software engineer and DevOps.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Linux fundamentals, System administration scripting, performance tuning/scalability, troubleshooting.
• Write great quality code using SOLID principles including unit and integration tests.
• Hands-on development experience in an object-orientated programming language like Python.
• Hands-on experience developing task automations
• Experience using tools to create and manage CI (continuous integration) and CD (continuous delivery) pipelines.
• Familiarity with software development tools: source code management (SCM systems), code review systems, issue tracking tools, build tools, test frameworks, code quality tools.
• Experience implementing open-source observability and alerting tools, like Prometheus, Grafana, Cortex, Thanos, Alertmanager etc
• Have decent knowledge on networking (VPC, VNet, DNS etc) and of the TCP/IP stack, internet routing and load balancing.
• Worked with log and configuration management tool
• Prior experience of working with AWS, Azure, GCP is a plus
• Prior experience of working with Kubernetes, Docker and containers is plus
• Strong interpersonal communication skills (including listening, speaking, and writing) and ability to work well in a diverse, team-focused environment with other SREs, Engineers, Product Managers, etc.
