Position Overview:

As the Regional Sales Head for CBSE K-12 business, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth,

developing & managing a high-performing sales & support team, & establishing strategic partnerships within

Maharastra, Madhyapradesh, Gujarat, Rajsthan. Your leadership will be instrumental in expanding our market share

and ensuring our EdTech solutions reach a broader audience.

Required Skill set:

● Sales Leadership & process Optimization: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Managers

across four states, setting clear targets and expectations for individual and team performance with sales

processes, systems, and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team.

● Market Strategy & Analysis : Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the CBSE

K-12 segment within the assigned region, aligning it with the company's goals and objectives with

industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide insights and recommendations

● Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed regional revenue targets by identifying new business

opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and negotiating contracts with key accounts.

● Market reporting and analysis: Regularly analyze sales data and performance metrics to provide

insights and recommendations to senior management, tracking progress against targets.

● Customer Engagement: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute regional

marketing strategies, promotions, and events that attract and retain customers.

● Strategic Partnerships: Identify & establish partnerships with educational institutions, school boards,

and other stakeholders to expand the company's influence and reach within the CBSE K-12 segment.

Qualification and experience:

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

● Proven track record of success in regional sales leadership roles, preferably in the EdTech industry.

● Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a sales team.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

● In-depth knowledge of the CBSE K-12 education sector in India.

● Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

● Results-oriented and target-driven approach to sales.

● Exceptional problem-solving abilities and adaptability.

● Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.

Requirement:

• Provide Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion functional consulting services by acting as subject matter expert and leading clients through the entire cloud application services implementation lifecycle for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects.

• Experience in Core HR, Time and labour, Talent Management, Recruiting, Payroll, Absence module (any 3 module).

• Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion functionality.

• Identify functionality gaps in Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion, and build extensions for them.

• Advise the client on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems.

• Configure the Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Applications to meet client requirements and document application set-ups.

• Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects.

• Assist client in preparing validation scripts, testing scenarios and developing test scripts for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects.

• Support clients with the execution of test scripts.

• Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects.

• Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.

• Interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions.

• Provide status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis.

• Share knowledge to continually improve implementation methodology for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects.

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- 4 to 6 years of Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role

- Sound with HTML5 and CSS3, and JavaScript.

- Good understanding of advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks, such as ReactJS, NextJS, etc.

- Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.

- Creative vision for design and execution across web and mobile with a clear understanding of modern web browsers and responsive design.

- Good eye for aesthetics: layout, grid systems, color theory, and typography.

- Portfolio of design projects

- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders

- Good time-management skills

- BSc in Design, Computer Science or a relevant field
