About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Human Resources Executive to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a keen interest in managing end-to-end HR operations in a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups)
• Conduct HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Handle onboarding and documentation of new employees
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Assist in performance management and employee engagement activities
• Address employee queries and support HR operations
• Draft HR letters (Offer letters, Appointment letters, Warning letters, etc.)
• Support payroll coordination and attendance tracking

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 0–2 years of experience in HR (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good organizational and coordination abilities
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude

1. Build and develop commercial relationships with our key targeted B2B partners (e-rickshaw, battery dealers and distributors).

2. Establish a systematic approach for partner outreach and B2B relationship management.

3. Strategize newer ways to grow current partnerships & form new ones.

4. Understand the current market trends and build & grow relationships accordingly.

5. Negotiate and finalize the partnership deals.

• Must have very strong concepts of Software testing/ Engineering
• 2 to 6 years of experience in imparting technical training/ mentoring    
• Must have hands-on and training experience on Java, Advanced Java, Core Java, Selenium IDE and testing tools like ALM/JIRA etc.
• Should be able to train participants on Pseudo Code test.
• Must have good knowledge of SQL Server, MySQL or any other database             
• Should be good in Operating systems GNU/Linux, Network fundamentals,             
• Must have knowledge on MS office (Excel/ Word/ PowerPoint)                              
• Basic knowledge of Cloud technology and testing methodologies
