Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer to design and deliver scalable cloud data solutions on Azure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Databricks, PySpark, and modern data architectures, with exposure to energy domain standards like OSDU.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design robust Azure-based data solutions using Databricks, ADLS, and PaaS services
• Define and implement scalable data Lakehouse architectures aligned with OSDU standards
• Build and manage end-to-end data pipelines for batch and real-time processing using PySpark
• Establish data governance frameworks including metadata, lineage, security, and access control
• Implement DevOps best practices (CI/CD, Azure Pipelines, GitHub, automated deployments)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Develop and maintain architecture documentation, solution patterns, and standards
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams
• Optimize solutions for performance, cost, reliability, and security
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and compliance standards
• Drive adoption of modular and reusable cloud data components

Role Overview:

The Safety Manager will be responsible for implementing and monitoring safety policies at construction sites to ensure compliance with statutory regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees and workers.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement site safety policies and procedures.

Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.

Ensure compliance with MBOCW/BOCW rules and other statutory safety regulations.

Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss cases and recommend corrective actions.

Conduct safety training programs and toolbox talks for workers and staff.

Monitor the use of PPE and ensure safety standards are followed on-site.

Maintain safety records, reports, and compliance documentation.

Coordinate with project managers and site teams to implement safety measures.

Identify potential hazards and implement preventive actions.

Ensure emergency response and safety preparedness at the construction site.

Qualifications:

Degree/Diploma in Engineering or Science.

Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety (CLI/RLI/State Board approved)

OR Diploma in Construction Safety Management from NICMAR.

Experience Required:

Minimum 8–15 years of experience in construction safety management.

Strong Full Stack Engineer profiles

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 1+ years of hands-on full stack engineering experience (avoid frontend-heavy only profiles, backend heavy will work)

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have strong backend engineering experience using Python, including designing and owning APIs, services, and data models in production environments

Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have strong frontend development experience using React (or equivalent), including component architecture, state management, and building production-grade user interfaces

4-10 LPA based on experience and on performance in the interview round (70% Fixed - 30% Variable Incentive based on performance/delivery schedule)
