The Salesforce Technical Architect is responsible for successfully designing and managing the successful delivery of complex Salesforce solutions for our customers.

Responsibilities

ā¢ Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and set and manage expectations
ā¢ Translate business requirements into system solutions
ā¢ Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives
ā¢ Provide oversight and governance of Salesforce projects
ā¢ Follow and help define coding standards. Lead code reviews during projects to ensure quality and appropriate design patterns are followed
ā¢ Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation
ā¢ Ability to understand a project and deep dive to debug issues
ā¢ Provide solutions to pre-sales teams and present solutions to customers

Requirements

ā¢ 9-14 years CRM experience with a minimum of 6 years on the Salesforce platform
ā¢ Expert level understanding of the Salesforce clouds, including Sales, Service, Community, Marketing and Community Clouds
ā¢ Knowledge of Manufacturing & Consumer Goods clouds is an added advantage
ā¢ Understanding of systems architecture and ability to design scalable performance-driven solutions
ā¢ Understanding of key design patterns and large data volume limitations and best practices
ā¢ Understanding of data sharing and visibility considerations and how these play into platform architecture
ā¢ Familiarity with standard authentication mechanisms.
ā¢ Knowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce with different busines

- Develops Salesforce.com platform modules, dashboards, interfaces, Ā Ā and database functions with VisualForce,and the Apex coding language
- Understand and utilize Salesforce strategies the technical standards, specifications and policies that are supported within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Experience with Salesforce.com Lightning UI, Apex, and performance optimisation
- Mentor junior team members in Integration Technologies, and Salesforce best practices
- Lead the technical planning & requirements gathering phases for Salesforce projects

- Reviewing quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
- Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating quality testing activities.
- Managing a small team ofĀ QA engineers and working on the project with the team.

Minimum Qualifications :
Ā
ā¢ 2 - 10 yrs solid experience as a Salesforce Developer using Apex, SOQL, Lighting Web Component plus Hands-On experience with integration using REST API
ā¢ Experience with multiple full lifecycles from Design & Architecture through Development, Testing, Deployment and Debugging production issues.
ā¢ Strong experience in front-end technologies including Javascript, HTML5, CSS3.
ā¢ In-depth and strong experience in at least one Object-Oriented Programming language such as JAVA, APEX, Python.
ā¢ Excellent verbal and written communication
