About the Role

As a Product Operations Lead at EquityList, you’ll play a pivotal role in building scalable systems and processes that power our product and customer experience. You’ll sit at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, maintaining data integrity, optimizing onboarding flows, and ensuring smooth operational execution across teams.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, enjoys solving process challenges, and wants to grow into a Product Leadership position.

What You’ll Do

• Streamline Customer Onboarding Flows:
• Own the backend of customer onboarding, from data migration to platform setup - ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

• Maintain Data Integrity:
• Manage and monitor customer and product data across systems to ensure consistency and accuracy.

• Build Operational Systems:
• Design and document internal workflows, tools, and automations that improve visibility and efficiency across Product and CS teams.

• Be the Bridge Between Teams:
• Collaborate closely with the Product, Engineering, and Account Management teams to ensure smooth execution of customer onboarding, migrations, and feature rollouts.

• Drive Product Insights:
• Collect, analyze, and present product usage data and feedback to help prioritize improvements and streamline product delivery.

• Optimize Processes Continuously:
• Identify gaps and opportunities to improve product ops infrastructure and support rapid iteration in a startup environment.

• Contribute to Product Strategy:
• As you grow in the role, help shape and influence how the product team scales processes, systems, and customer onboarding experiences.

What We’re Looking For

• 4-5 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or Product Analytics, preferably in a SaaS or B2B startup environment.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — comfortable with CXOs, founders, and functional leaders.

• Data driven; proficient with Excel and has working knowledge of writing SQL

• Highly organized, data-driven, and proactive problem solver.

• Entrepreneurial mindset: you enjoy building systems and processes from scratch.

• High ownership, curiosity, and a bias for action in fast-paced environments.

• Knowledge of equity management, private markets, and startup operations is a plus.

Looking for technically skilled candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the technical support position. Technical support officers troubleshoot technical issues, provide timely customer feedback, and support the roll-out of new applications, among other duties.

Moreover, technical support officers need to talk to customers directly, as well as create written documentation, requiring excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying hardware and software solutions.
• Troubleshooting technical issues.
• Diagnosing and repairing faults.
• Resolving network issues.
• Installing and configuring hardware and software.
• Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.
• Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.
• Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
• Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
• Replacing or repairing the necessary parts.
• Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
• Providing support in the form of procedural documentation.
• Managing multiple cases at one time.
• Testing and evaluating new technologies.
• Conducting electrical safety checks on equipment.

Requirements:

• Degree in computer science or information technology.
• Certification in Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco is advantageous.
• Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Windows/Linux/Mac OS.
• Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
• Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.

Strong and with deep understanding of angular 12 and above, and commonly used angular modules.

Strong in HTML 5, JavaScript, and CSS including SASS, LESS, etc.

Should be able to create reusable, testable components with high code quality.

Should have experience in building the infrastructure for serving the front-end app and assets.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• 2-7 Years of Experience
• Expertise in software design and development
• Proficiency with at least one Object Oriented language (e.g. Java)
• Have knowledge about Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem-solving, and complexity analysis
• A strong track record of project delivery for large, cross-functional projects
• Experience with building high-performance, highly available and scalable distributed systems
• Experience with API Design, ability to architect and implement an intuitive customer and third-party integration story
• Ability to think and analyse both breadthwise (client, server, DB, control flow) and depth-wise (threads, sessions, space-time complexity) while designing and implementing services

As an Engineering Director, you will:

Lead the teams that enables our customers to build the middleware and backend of their products using our no code platform. We are a SaaS platform that allows our customers from different domains to build web scale applications online.

In this position, you are responsible for people management and product deliveries. It requires hands on Java and/or Golang development experience. Your responsibilities include

• Hire, mentor and motivate your teams.
• Plan and manage scrums and deliveries.
• Knowledge of cloud deployments, security and scalability concerns.
• Contribute to the design and develop of Java and GoLang based micro services.
• Expertise in scalable systems, including APIs, middleware and database systems.
• Create efficient development, build, packaging and deployment processes for Java and GoLang micro services.
• Review code and enforce best coding, security and test practices.

Work Experience and Skills required:

• Overall 15+ years of experience
• Experience in managing technical teams for 5 years.
• At least 10+ years of Java and/or Golang development experience in the relevant domain
• Worked on a product or SaaS platform
• Good communication and negotiation skills

Responsibilities (KRA):

• Create Angular components with proper standards of the Angular.
• Create the applications with responsiveness and cross browser compatibility.
• Optimizing the performance on the browser by using the webpack custom confi
• Integrate with REST APIs built with modern authorization mechanisms such as JSON Web Token.
• Create test cases for each component by using any one of the testing library support provided in Angular.
• Ability to debug the Angular code in the browser to rectify the issues.
• Exposure to Progressive Web Apps (PWA) will be preferred.
