MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
Identify and analyze the options for improvement or development of the product based on the business needs for such product.
KEY ACTIVITIES & TASKS
- Listening closely to the market and to the voice of all employees
Monitors trends (market / technologies) and identifies opportunities for the company
In collaboration with Employee Experience and Business Platforms teams, collects, and understands internal customers’ needs
- Defining the services roadmap
Qualifies and challenges internal customers’ requests considering Security, Privacy, Sustainability and Financial aspects.
Define the priority of each request.
Develop the associated action plan and timeline and share it back with the requester.
Consolidate the evolution roadmap of each service accordingly.
- Organizing with agility
Is responsible for the backlog completion and prioritization.
Organizes activities, inside the team and with other teams, to reach milestones.
Identifies risks inherent to projects and defines actions plans to mitigate them.
Communicates effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on projects progress.
Helps the team, composed of a technical Architect, a Project manager and a Service delivery manager (in charge of the Run) unlock the roadblocks.
