Role summary AMPM is a short-form video news platform for Gen Z India. We are hiring an HR Intern to support hiring, onboarding, and team operations as we scale our core team. You will work directly in the founder's office, owning end-to-end recruitment for creative and tech roles and helping build the people infrastructure from the ground up.

What you will do

• Source and screen candidates across platforms (LinkedIn, Cutshort, Internshala, referrals)
• Write and post JDs, manage inbound applications, and coordinate interview pipelines
• Own candidate communication from first outreach to offer
• Support onboarding for new hires (documentation, briefing, first-week coordination)
• Maintain hiring trackers and keep the process clean across multiple open roles
• Assist with team operations, HR documentation, and ad hoc founder office tasks

Must-have experience

• Strong written and verbal communication in English
• Prior internship or coursework in HR, recruitment, or operations
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving early-stage environment

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with ATS platforms or hiring tools (Cutshort, Internshala, Notion)
• Interest in media, creator economy, or startups

Preferred work start time is 8AM IST (Reason for that is Client location is Australia)

We are seeking a skilled C# Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C# programming and experience in developing SSRS reports. Familiarity with Azure Functions is a plus. This role requires a quick learner who can adapt to new technologies and challenges with ease.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain applications using C#.
• Create and manage SSRS reports to support business needs.
• Optionally work with Azure Functions to build and deploy services.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a C# developer.
• Strong knowledge of the .NET framework.
• Proficient in creating and managing SSRS reports.
• Experience with Azure Functions is advantageous but not required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Adept at learning new technologies quickly.

Additional Notes:

• The ideal candidate would be able to start their day at 8 AM IST to synchronize with the team in Perth, Australia. While this is highly preferred, it is not a strict requirement. Candidates should be prepared for early starts regardless to attend essential team meetings.

• Designing and building advanced applications for the Android platform
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design and ship new features
• Unit-testing code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
• Working on bug fixing and improving application performance
• Continuously discovering, evaluating and implementing new technologies to maximize development efficiency

What you need to have:

• 3 to 6 years Android app development experience
• Hands on experience in developing high performance mobile applications
• Strong knowledge of Java,Kotlin,Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
• Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
• Ability to design applications around natural user interfaces, such as touch
• Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
• Familiarity with the use of additional sensors, such as gyroscopes and accelerometer
• Must have experience in BLE and BT
• Good understanding of unit, system and end to end testing and automation of mobile applications/ Android applications
• Familiarity with the MVC and MVVM design patterns
• Knowledge of the open-source ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks
• Experience building, testing and distributing native apps that consume RESTful services
• Hands-on coding, systems analysis, design and delivery of projects assigned
• At least three native applications deployed in the play-store
• Proficiency in code versioning tools such as GIT
