Position Overview: The ideal candidate will assist in supporting and driving MarTech, CRM, and Loyalty initiatives, with a focus on the BFSI business segment. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Data Analytics, Data Science, Campaign, Digital, and Customer Experience Center, while learning to contribute to the execution of key projects and strategies. Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential for effectively supporting these initiatives and driving results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the BFSI business segment in developing and executing strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Manage the MarTech, CRM, and client retention programs to enhance customer lifetime value (CLV).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Campaign, Data Analytics, Data Science, Digital, and Customer Experience, to foster teamwork and innovation.
• Help implement customer lifecycle management (CLM) strategies to optimize the customer journey and improve experience.
• Track and analyze key metrics to assess campaign success and drive continuous improvement.
• Stay current with industry trends in MarTech, CRM, and BFSI to identify growth opportunities.
• Apply knowledge of BFSI, Mutual Funds, Insurance and client servicing to enhance customer engagement.
• Support campaign management activities, ensuring timely execution and optimal results.
• Use basic MS Excel proficiency for analysis and deriving actionable insights from data.

Qualifications:

• Experience in MarTech, CRM, and campaign management in the BFSI sector.
• Knowledge of BFSI, Mutual Funds, Insurance, client servicing, and campaign management strategies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to shared goals.
• Understanding of customer retention and lifecycle management principles.
• Familiarity with data analytics and using insights to improve marketing and customer experience.

Core Responsibilities:

• The MLE will design, build, test, and deploy scalable machine learning systems, optimizing model accuracy and efficiency
• Model Development: Algorithms and architectures span traditional statistical methods to deep learning along with employing LLMs in modern frameworks.
• Data Preparation: Prepare, cleanse, and transform data for model training and evaluation.
• Algorithm Implementation: Implement and optimize machine learning algorithms and statistical models.
• System Integration: Integrate models into existing systems and workflows.
• Model Deployment: Deploy models to production environments and monitor performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in model performance and systems.

Skills:

• Programming and Software Engineering: Knowledge of software engineering best practices (version control, testing, CI/CD).
• Data Engineering: Ability to handle data pipelines, data cleaning, and feature engineering. Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation + Kafka, Chaossearch logs, etc for troubleshooting; Other tech touch points are ScyllaDB (like BigTable), OpenSearch, Neo4J graph
• Model Deployment and Monitoring: MLOps Experience in deploying ML models to production environments.
• Knowledge of model monitoring and performance evaluation.

Required experience:

• Amazon SageMaker: Deep understanding of SageMaker's capabilities for building, training, and deploying ML models; understanding of the Sagemaker pipeline with ability to analyze gaps and recommend/implement improvements
• AWS Cloud Infrastructure: Familiarity with S3, EC2, Lambda and using these services in ML workflows
• AWS data: Redshift, Glue
• Containerization and Orchestration: Understanding of Docker and Kubernetes, and their implementation within AWS (EKS, ECS)

Job responsibilities

• Performs development, deployment, administration, management, configuration, testing, and integration tasks related to the cloud security platforms.
• Develops automated security and compliance capabilities in support of DevOps processes in a large-scale computing environment for the storage program within the firm.
• Champions a DevOps security model so that security is automated and elastic across all platforms and cultivate a cloud first mindset in transitioning workloads.
• Leverages DevOps tools to build, harden, maintain, and instrument a comprehensive security orchestration platform for infrastructure as code.
• Provides support to drive the maturity of the Cybersecurity software development lifecycle and develop & improve the quality of technical engineering documentation.
• Makes decisions of a global, strategic nature by analyzing complex data systems and incorporating knowledge of other lines of business & JPMC standards.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Formal training or certification on Security engineering and 3+ years applied experience
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python or Java with strong coding skills
• Understanding of one or more Public Cloud platforms( AWS/ GCP/ Azure)
• Experience with highly scalable systems, release management, software configuration, design, development, and implementation is required
• Ability to analyzing complex data systems – failure analysis / root cause analysis, developing, improving, and maintaining technical engineering documentation

• Graduation is a must
