Account Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Frappe and ERPNext Developer. The Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Frappe and ERPNext applications. Daily tasks include customizing modules, integrating third-party systems, troubleshooting and resolving software issues, and working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance system efficiency and user experience.

Qualifications

1. Proficiency in Frappe and ERPNext development
2. Experience with Python, JavaScript, and web technologies
3. Understanding of ERP workflows and business processes
4. Skills in database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
5. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
6. Ability to work independently and remotely
7. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
8. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
9. Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
10. Have experience in customised the frappe crm

Responsibilities:

.Create exclusive distributors, exclusive super stockiest and business associates for the company towards business growth.

.Guide, coordinate and make strategic marketing plans for the sales team working under his jurisdiction.

Responsibilities:

•  Overseeing the company’s social media accounts management.
• Developing creative, engaging, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which would enlighten audiences and help in promoting brand-focused messages.
• Growing and expanding the company’s social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, Linked In, Twitter, and Instagram.
• Developing social media plans, new content and engagement strategies, and day-to-day management of social media profiles.
• Cultivating leads and sales by online marketing.
• Generating posts for various social media platforms.
•  Managing content (Including website) and SEO ( Search Engine Optimization) and generating inbound traffic.
• Monitoring the social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement.
• Participating in interviews, hiring process as well as the learning and development process of the social media team members.
• Working closely with other departments to develop social media timelines that coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages.
• Researching and developing reports on competitor activity within social media spaces.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

• Background in media, marketing, and/or communications.

• Superior written and verbal communication skills

• Strong grammar and spelling skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proven software development experience and ANDROID skills development
• Proven working experience in ANDROID app development and
• Have published at least one original ANDROID app
• Experience with ANDROID SDK
• Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON

• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
• Experienced in SWIFT Language

• Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field.
• Previous experience working as a React.js Developer.(2-8 years)
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages.
• Knowledge of REACT tools including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux.
• Experience with user interface design.
• Knowledge of performance testing frameworks including Mocha and Jest.
• Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software.
• should have hands-on experience in backend software development using Java.
• should have proven expertise in Spring Boot REST/Microservices.
• should have working experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
