Key Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads and databases.
• Demonstrates excellent presentation and communication skills.

• Pitch luxury residential Real Estate projects and generate interest among prospective buyers.

Qualifications

1. Real Estate, or a Relevant field is prefered.

2. 1+ years of experience Sales, Client Relationship Management, or a similar role.

3. Excellent communication, Sales and Presentation skills.

4. Results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and achieving results.

5. Experience in Luxury Real Estate Sales or similar roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design and build applications for Android & iOS platform using React native

Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms.

Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications

Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features

Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs

Write clean, well-documented, and testable code

Follow best practices for mobile development and maintain high standards of software quality.

Familiar with Agile software development

Analyzing user needs and software requirements to determine the feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.

Participating in code reviews and adhering to styles and standards for code quality

Work closely with other developers and stakeholders to ensure the timely completion of projects.

Coordinate with the cross-functional teams to build apps in stipulated time

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering their professional growth and enhancing team collaboration.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in building React Native applications.

Basic knowledge in building native android or iOS applications.

In-Depth Knowledge of React, React Native, Javascript, TypeScript, Redux, Middlewares, Hooks, ECMAScript(ES6, ES7 etc.), Node, NPM, yarn and iOS & Android Build systems.

Experience working with Backend Web Services (like REST, GraphQL etc), Fetch API, Axios and knowledge of Databases.

Proficient experience in developing web applications using any React framework.

Familiarity working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts.

Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle , Android Studio.

Knowledge of type checking, unit testing, and code debugging.

Experience with app store and playstore distribution process

Logical thinking and strong analytical reasoning are a must.

Hands on experience in Object Oriented Programming, Database programming, Algorithms, Data Structures

Experience with database frameworks such as SQLite, Realm DB etc.

Proficient in code versioning tools including Git, and SVN.

Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications

Familiarity with continuous integration

Working knowledge in TDD and Unit Testing

• Expertise in MongoDB for database design and management.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, ES6+
• Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration.

• Documenting the financial transactions of the organization in a timely and accurate manner and monitoring spending and budgets
• Maintaining and updating account books and systems
• Being a part of handling monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Ensuring timely bank-related payments, calculating taxes and also preparing tax returns
• Reconciling accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Compiling and reporting financial statements and records to the management in regular intervals
• Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations while recording, maintaining and reporting financial statements
• Responding to various inquiries, as communicated by the management, on a timely-manner

Desired Candidate Profile

• BCom is a must and relevant work experience of 2 – 3 years as an Accountant
• Advanced MS Excel skills as well as strong knowledge and experience in Tally
• Good communication skills, excellent attention to detail and good analytical skills
