Job brief:
We are looking for a resilient, empathic field sales executive to contribute to the growth of our company. Field sales executives are responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging extant clients to purchase added products or features, and
remaining abreast of changes in consumption.
Roles and Responsibilities
ED-Tech selling, with schools
● Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
● Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with
the marketing department.
● Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
● Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are
retained.
● Suggest upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to
clients.
● Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
● Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
● Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
● Review clients' feedback and implement necessary changes.
● Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain
relevant.
● Ability to manage multiple LinkedIn accounts and handle conversations and bring
them to the table to discuss with Sales Team
Requirements:
● Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
● Strong organizational and persuasive skills.
● Ability to self-motivate and work well independently.
● Ability to maintain discretion in handling sensitive/confidential information
● Proficiency in database management and record keeping in excel.
● Email writing skills are required.
Other Details:
1. Working Days: Monday to Saturday
2. Shift Timing: 9:30 am to 7 pm
3. Remuneration: Best in the industry (You can expect a 10-30% hike over current
salary)
5. Other benefits: Incentive-based on performance

● Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
● 2+year of sales or marketing experience

In this role, you will:
- Conduct deep research on the foundations and capabilities of LLMs.
- Design and implement innovative research projects to explore the application of LLMs for code understanding and generation.
- Develop and evaluate novel techniques for LLM fine-tuning and adaptation to the specific needs
- Collaborate with engineers and other scientists to integrate LLM solutions seamlessly into the Nurturebox platform.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in LLM research and present findings at conferences and within the company.
- Build a RAG-based solution and leverage Vector DB, Graph DB, chunking, ranking, indexing, semantic search, etc.
You are the ideal candidate if you have:
- Strong foundation skills in AI/ML systems
- Hands-on experience of working with LLMs
- Proven experience conducting deep research on LLMs, with a strong understanding of their architecture, training methods, and capabilities.
- Expertise in natural language processing (NLP) techniques, including text representation, machine translation, and text summarization.
- A solid foundation in machine learning fundamentals, including deep learning architectures and optimization algorithms.
- Excellent programming skills in Python, with experience using popular deep learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
