- Participate in key meetings with clients and should have prior experience of working with them on-site including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end-user training.
- Salesforce Admin Certification and one Consulting Cloud Certification (Sales, Service, or Community.
- In this role, the analyst is expected to have exemplary communication and documentation skills.
- Constructs forecasts, recommendations, and document Business Related Document based on business data and Salesforce knowledge

Key Responsibilities:-

- Track project milestones, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of any technical or business issues.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to review the performance of the AI solution, ensuring optimal usage of Azure’s cloud and AI services.
- Analyze customer feedback and usage patterns to recommend enhancements or additional Azure services that can improve their Insurtech AI outcomes.
- Develop training materials, user guides, and best practices to help clients maximize their use of AI features on Azure.
- Use Azure’s analytics and reporting tools to provide clients with insights into AI model performance, helping them make data-driven decisions.
- Monitor KPIs and other success metrics, ensuring that clients meet their key objectives with AI adoption.
- Act as the customer’s voice internally, ensuring product, engineering, and support teams are aligned with client goals.
- Participate in troubleshooting sessions to resolve any technical issues in collaboration with Azure’s support and cloud engineering teams.
Qualifications:-
Experience:
- 6+ years of experience in cloud solutions in a SaaS, Cloud, or AI-focused environment.
- Hands-on experience with Azure AI services (Azure AI, Machine Learning, Cognitive Services).
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services and data workflows for seamless migration and integration.
- Experience working with Insurtech or insurance clients is a strong advantage.
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in Azure services and tools, with working knowledge of AWS services such as S3, Lambda, SageMaker, and Glue.
- Basic understanding of AI/ML models and their practical applications in business.
- Proficiency in managing data transformations, pipelines, and analytics workflows.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing client relationships.

What will you do?
- Oversees testing, deployment & maintenance of the Voice infrastructure.
- Performing a variety of tasks associated with user provisioning and call routing within the assigned platform
- Build loaders for internal systems ensuring tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner
