Job Title: Customer Success - Client Servicing

Experience: 1.5 Years – 3 Years

Location Preference: Gurgaon (Preferred)

Work Mode: 5 days a week from Office

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success to join our CS team. The ideal candidate will have 1.5–3 years of experience in a customer-facing support role within the IT or tech sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client queries and provide prompt resolutions via email, chat, or calls.
• Troubleshoot basic product or service-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Provide feedback for process and product improvements.

Requirements:

• 1.5–3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in the IT sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to multitask.

Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter

Location: Full-time, Work-from-Office/Remote

Work Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Mon to Sat, 2nd & 4th Saturday off)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Present, promote and sell services using solid arguments to new and prospective customers
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Managing small to medium teams with a focus on performance and talent retention
• Participate in creation and execution of product and technology roadmap with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product managers and other leads/architects for building and delivering projects
• Ownership of front-end and back-end development work carried out with reusability, scalability, and testability of the projects
• Hire and mentor junior team members and coordinate their training
• Coordinate with external stakeholders for new integrations and tools
• Review and update policies relevant to internal systems and equipment and stay compliant with security regulations
• Monitor reliability and performance of all customer-facing and internal projects
• Manage software development projects by setting requirements, goals, and timelines

Requirements

• Work experience as an engineering manager or in a similar senior-level position at an engineering department
• Experience in the Fintech space
• Extensive experience with cloud technologies (AWS preferred) and server-side technologies (Java preferred)
• Hands-on experience in back-end and front-end development
• Good understanding of SDLC using agile methodologies (SCRUM / Kanban / SAFe)
• Leadership abilities with a strategic mind
• Excellent project management skills
• BSc/MSc in Engineering, Computer Science or relevant field

Full Stack Developers (PHP with YII framework) Location Ameerpet Hyderabad

  Write high quality, structured application/interface code and documentation in YII framework

Design, develop, and maintain PHP based internal and external applications.

Work side by side with the end user/internal customer to develop, debug, and test application software for accuracy, integrity, interoperability and completeness to achieve desired results.

Requirement:

 Hands on experience with PHP , Jquery, Ajax , Front End Frameworks (Bootstrap & Materialize)

       Minimum 6 years of experience.

 Salary offered: -

10,00,000 to 14,00,000 per annum
