UI Designer

6 to 12 years of HR experience covering both strategic and operational HR

Proven experience scaling HR for multi-location / multi-state teams in fast-paced environments

End-to-end recruitment ownership (full-time, contractual, campus, interns)

Hands-on expertise in PMS (goal setting, performance reviews, feedback cycles)

Experience managing HR operations (onboarding, exits, payroll coordination, vendors)

Proficiency in HRIS/ATS, HR digitisation & people analytics/reporting

Strong stakeholder management, communication & leadership partnering

Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business / Psychology (MBA preferred)

Fluency in English & Hindi and willingness to travel

Mandatory Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of HTML5, JavaScript ES6 and above.

• Expertise in styling with CSS3.

• In-depth experience with React or a similar front-end framework. Candidates with only hands-on experience will not be considered.

• The ability to design and create reusable UI components.

• Willingness to complete an online coding exercise as part of the interview process.

• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.

• Understanding of accessibility standards and experience implementing accessibility solutions.

• Experience with Git and version control practices.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and build applications for the iOS platform

• Mobile automation expertise (iOS, Android) using Appium. 
• Experience having automated in an Agile environment. 
• Experience with issue tracking tool (JIRA) and reporting tools. 
• Experience with source code management and build tools - Git, SVN, Maven, Gradle 
• Experience in using Charles Tool / Fiddler 
• Programming language: Java 
• Automation tool: Selenium, Appium

• Experience working and automating in REST APIs based WS environment. 
• Strong knowledge on current automation trends.
