An aesthetically pleasing design creates a positive response in people’s brains and leads them to believe the design works better. Users often perceive aesthetically pleasing design as design that’s more usable. We need Visual Designers who know how to make their design interfaces usable, how to draw the user’s eye to the correct information and functionality., and how to prioritise content on a page through size, colour, and the use of negative space. We need visual designers who have mastered the basics of UI, graphic design, branding, and visual communication. This is because they have to translate a brand’s style and voice into a beautiful yet usable design. We take our design process seriously. So research via surveys, customer feedback, heat mapping, and analytics forms a core part of our process. Our designs go through an internal design checklist so that we achieve user goals while keeping in mind technical limitations. Responsibilities

As a Frontend Developer (Next.js) you will be responsible for -

•  Building the Complete UI/UX of our web application from scratch.
• Work closely with the Backend Engineer to integrate the algorithmic output from the backend REST APIs.
• Work closely with the product owners to create dynamic infographics with intuitive user controls.
• Work closely with our web Designer for bringing design to life.
• Participate in UAT, troubleshoot, bugs and application integration issues
• Create and maintain documentation related to the developed processes and applications

Qualification & Experience

• 2-3 years of demonstrable experience designing, building and working as a Next.js Developer for enterprise web application
• Ideally, this would include the following:
• Expert-level proficiency with Next.js and all its concepts
• Expert-level proficiency with JavaScript (ES6), HTML5 & CSS
• Expert-level proficiency with ReactJS and all its concepts like Hooks and Redux
• Familiarity with Python, Django, and Django Rest Framework
• Understanding of REST concepts and interacting with REST APIs
• Deep understanding of a few UI concepts:
• Cross-browser compatibility and implementing the responsive web design
• Familiarity with common JS visualization libraries built using D3, Chart.js, Highcharts, etc.
• Understanding of Next.js coding Standards
• Experience working with UX designers and bringing design to life
• In addition, the ideal candidate would have great problem-solving skills and familiarity with code versioning tools such as Github

Experience in both manual and automated testing on both web and mobile platforms having database testing skills (SQL, MongoDB)

Preferred - 3+ Years of experience in software testing.

Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester

Skills Required for Back-End (NodeJS) JR Developer (2-4 Yrs) /Sr Developer (4-8 Yrs) /Lead Developer (8-10 Yrs) /Architect (10-12 Yrs):

• Must: Strong experience and understanding of NodeJS and JavaScript Programming, Good at Native Cloud or AWS
• Good knowledge of MongoDB or any other NoSQL Database, Redis, Elasticsearch, etc.
• Good understanding of scalable computing systems, software architecture, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience working with AWS or other cloud providers
• Experience in service-oriented and/or microservice architectures
• Good to have knowledge with stream processing applications, Event-driven Architecture, Identity management (OAuth) - Not Mandatory
• Good knowledge of Redis, its data types, and their use cases along with a server-side framework
• Experience developing and deploying REST APIs.
• Good to have an understanding of low-level Kafka inner workings and partitioning schemes - Not Mandatory
