The Opportunity

We're seeking a talented Technical Lead who will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and scaling Joyful’s AI-powered products. In this role, you will lead technical architecture decisions, guide the engineering team, and ensure our platform remains robust, scalable, and delightful to use. You’ll work closely with product, design, and business teams to deliver impactful features while maintaining high code quality and performance.

In addition to technical leadership, you’ll champion Vibe Coding—our approach to writing clean, collaborative, and joyful code that engineers love to create and maintain. This means setting the tone for high-quality, maintainable code while fostering an environment where building software is an energizing, shared experience.

What You'll Do

• Technical Leadership & Architecture:
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance, and secure software solutions for Joyful’s Engage and Listen platforms.
• Define technical roadmaps, architecture patterns, and coding best practices
• Ensure adherence to software development standards and conduct regular code reviews
• Make critical build-versus-buy and technology adoption decisions
• Team Management & Collaboration:
• Mentor and coach a team of engineers, fostering a culture of learning, ownership, and innovation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, UX, QA) to align technical solutions with business goals
• Drive agile development practices, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog prioritization
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in development, deployment, and delivery processes
• Vibe Coding Culture:
• Lead by example in practicing Vibe Coding—writing code that is clean, well-structured, and joyful to work with
• Encourage pair programming, open collaboration, and frequent peer reviews
• Maintain high coding standards while keeping the process creative and energizing for the team
• Promote a development culture where engineers feel motivated, supported, and proud of the work they ship
• Hands-On Development:
• Contribute directly to code when needed—particularly for complex modules, integrations, and performance optimization
• Oversee the development of APIs, microservices, and integrations with third-party platforms
• Ensure robust CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and monitoring systems are in place
• Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies in AI, cloud, and enterprise communication platforms
• Propose and implement innovative solutions to improve product performance, security, and maintainability
• Drive proof-of-concepts for new features or architectural improvements
• Ensure systems are designed for high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery

What You'll Need

• 6+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role
• Proven expertise in Java (Spring Boot), REST APIs, and microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases
• Experience building scalable, high-availability systems in B2B SaaS or AI-powered products
• Solid knowledge of software design patterns, performance optimization, and security best practices
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (Angular, React, or similar) is a plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Passion for AI technologies and building software in a positive, high-energy coding environment

The role

We are looking for a PR Lead to own and drive a public relations strategy globally for Fynd Commerce and our entire product suite—including Boltic, PixelBin, GlamAR, Copilot, and more. You'll be responsible for driving PR efforts while coordinating with an external agency to execute the strategy.

This role is not just about media coverage—it’s about shaping the narrative, building strong industry relationships, and ensuring Fynd is positioned as a thought leader in commerce, AI, automation, and digital transformation.

What will you do at Fynd?

PR Strategy & Execution

• Develop and lead the global PR strategy for Fynd and all product verticals, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Own the end-to-end media relations, press outreach, and storytelling efforts.
• Proactively pitch stories and secure coverage across top-tier publications, industry media, and digital platforms.
• Position Fynd’s leadership, products, and innovations as key voices in retail tech, AI, automation, and SaaS.
• Monitor commerce, AI, and SaaS trends to identify opportunities for thought leadership and media placements.

Media & Industry Relations

• Build and nurture relationships with journalists, editors, analysts, and influencers across tech, retail, SaaS, and AI domains.
• Develop a strong press network to ensure consistent and impactful media coverage.
• Manage media requests, interviews, and speaking opportunities for Fynd’s leadership team.
• Drive executive communications, including keynote speeches, panel discussions, and industry event participation.

Content & Thought Leadership

• Craft press releases, bylined articles, op-eds, and media statements that shape industry perception.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create impactful storytelling around product innovations, partnerships, and market trends.
• Work closely with the content and growth teams to align PR efforts with broader marketing strategies.
• Lead crisis communications and reputation management when necessary.

Corporate & Community Engagement

• Identify and leverage speaking opportunities, awards, and strategic partnerships to amplify Fynd’s brand visibility.
• Engage with online communities, industry forums, and professional networks to position Fynd as an industry leader.
• Support internal communications to keep employees informed and aligned with key brand messaging.

Some Specific requirements:

Must-Have:

• 10+ years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or media strategy, preferably in SaaS, tech, or retail.
• Strong media relationships with key business, tech, and industry publications.
• Collaboration and management skills when working with an external agency
• Exceptional storytelling skills—ability to craft compelling narratives from complex topics.
• Experience in securing media coverage, managing press releases, and handling crisis communications.
• Understanding of B2B SaaS, AI, automation, and retail-tech ecosystems.

We are looking for an iOS developer responsible for the development and maintenance of applications aimed at a range of iOS devices including mobile phones and tablet computers. Your primary focus will be development of iOS applications and their integration with back-end services. You will be working alongside other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and the creation of quality products is essential.

Responsibilities:-

• Design and build applications for the iOS platform
