About the role

We are looking for a strong backend engineer who can design and build secure, scalable Python systems that power AI-native applications.

You will work on AI-enabled platforms, production systems, and scalable backend services that support LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, and intelligent workflows.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Python and Django/Flask under guidance.
• Assist in building scalable and secure APIs and backend systems for AI-driven applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, data scientists, and product teams.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Support integration of AI/ML components such as LLMs and RAG pipelines.
• Continuously learn and improve technical skills in backend and AI technologies.

We are looking for a smart and experienced Data Engineer 1 who can work with a senior
manager to
⮚ Build DevOps solutions and CICD pipelines for code deployment
⮚ Build unit test cases for APIs and Code in Python
⮚ Manage AWS resources including EC2, RDS, Cloud Watch, Amazon Aurora etc.
⮚ Build and deliver high quality data architecture and pipelines to support business
and reporting needs
⮚ Deliver on data architecture projects and implementation of next generation BI
solutions
⮚ Interface with other teams to extract, transform, and load data from a wide variety

Qualifications:
Education: MS/MTech/Btech graduates or equivalent with focus on data science and

Work Experience: Proven 1+ years of experience in data mining (SQL, ETL, data
warehouse, etc.) and using SQL databases

1. Training the field team on Sales pitch on regular basis

2. Responsible for revenue generation through sales

3. Drive the off-line lead generation activities for the cities (primarily through referrals)

4. Ensure minimum 50% sales conversion on the leads assigned to the team

5. Figure out new channels to generate more leads off-line and ensure conversions on the same

6. Regular evaluation of the sales team through test and measure their performance

7. Improve the sales efficiency of the sales team

8. Tracking MoM performance for each of the field sales team

9. Work on the reports for the management and ensure data sanity

10. Real time handling the objection during sales and assisting the field sales team when they

are in front of the client

11. Share feedback on the pricing, policy change and other circumstances which may cause

downfall in sales numbers

12. Conduct motivation sessions with team to keep their moral high
