Responsibilities

• Be a part of the initial team to define and set up a best-in-class digital platform for the Private Credit industry, and take full ownership of the components of the digital platform
• You will build robust and scalable web-based applications and need to think of platforms & reuse
• Driving and active contribution to High-Level Designs(HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs).
• Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Mentor team members in adopting effective coding practices. Conduct comprehensive code reviews, focusing on both functional and non-functional aspects.
• Ensure the security, performance, and reliability of backend systems through proper testing, monitoring, and optimization.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile development processes to maintain code quality and project timelines.
• Simply, be an owner of the platform and do whatever it takes to get the required output for customers
• Be curious about product problems and have an open mind to dive into new domains eg: gen-AI.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest development trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in backend development, with a strong track record of successfully architecting and implementing scalable and high-performance backend systems.
• Proficiency in at least one backend programming language (e.g.,Python, Golang, Node.js, Java) & tech stack to write maintainable, scalable, unit-tested code.
• Good understanding of databases (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g. MongoDB, Elasticsearch, etc)
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and best practices.
• Experience with multi-threading and concurrency programming
• Extensive experience in object-oriented design skills, knowledge of design patterns, and huge passion and ability to design intuitive module and class-level interfaces.
• Experience of cloud computing platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
• Knowledge of Test Driven Development

Good to have

• Experience with microservices architecture
• Knowledge of serverless computing and event-driven architectures (e.g., AWS Lambda, Azure Functions)
• Understanding of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).

Job Overview

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Sales Consultant with 6–8 years of experience in consulting sales to drive business growth across the Southeast Asia (SEA) region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and executing a go-to-market strategy, acquiring new clients, and scaling revenue while maintaining strong profitability. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, strong client engagement skills, and the ability to close high-value consulting deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end sales for the Southeast Asia region
• Develop and execute a clear go-to-market (GTM) strategy aligned with business goals
• Generate annual revenue of ₹4–5 Cr with a target of ~40% profit margin
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in consulting services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs and senior stakeholders
• Collaborate with delivery and solution teams to craft compelling proposals and solutions
• Lead client presentations, negotiations, and contract closures
• Continuously track market trends, competition, and opportunities within SEA markets
• Build a strong and sustainable sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–8 years of experience in consulting sales / IT services / Salesforce or enterprise solutions sales
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in international markets (preferably SEA)
• Strong experience in solution selling and a consultative sales approach
• Ability to create and execute region-specific sales strategies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing fine-tuned production ready data/ML pipelines in Hadoop platform.
• Driving optimization, testing and tooling to improve quality.
• Reviewing and approving high level & amp; detailed design to ensure that the solution delivers to the business needs and aligns to the data & analytics architecture principles and roadmap.
• Understanding business requirements and solution design to develop and implement solutions that adhere to big data architectural guidelines and address business requirements.
• Following proper SDLC (Code review, sprint process).
• Identifying, designing, and implementing internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, etc.
• Building robust and scalable data infrastructure (both batch processing and real-time) to support needs from internal and external users.
• Understanding various data security standards and using secure data security tools to apply and adhere to the required data controls for user access in the Hadoop platform.

Requirements:

• Experience in developing rest API services using one of the Scala frameworks.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex queries on the Spark platform
• Expert in building and optimizing ‘big data’ data/ML pipelines, architectures and data sets.
• Knowledge in modelling unstructured to structured data design.
• Experience in Big Data access and storage techniques.
• Experience in doing cost estimation based on the design and development.
• Excellent debugging skills for the technical stack mentioned above which even includes analyzing server logs and application logs.

BI Developer

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive knowledge of SQL
• Expertise as a Microsoft BI Developer (SQL Server, SSIS)
• Experience and understanding of build and deploy processes
• A structured approach to software development (agile or waterfall), and a thorough understanding of the full software development lifecycle
• Knowledge and experience in experience banking
