Our efforts center on developing advanced autonomous technology for the maritime industry, serving both defense and commercial sectors globally. We specialize in creating autonomous vessels both surface and underwater as well as autonomous port infrastructure. Currently, we are building the flagship autonomous platform of the Indian Navy.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop AI/ML pipelines for sonar/LiDAR/Radar and camera-based perception.

* Design multi-sensor fusion frameworks for obstacle detection, seabed mapping, and environmental awareness.

* Implement real-time object detection, segmentation, and tracking for underwater missions.

* Enhance robustness of perception under low-light, turbidity, and noisy acoustic conditions.

* Apply model optimization techniques (quantization, pruning, distillation, real-time deployment tuning) to ensure efficiency on embedded and resource-constrained systems.

Preferred Skills

* Experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow).

* Strong knowledge of signal processing, computer vision, and sensor fusion.

* Proficiency in GPU acceleration, C++/Python, ROS/ROS2.

* Track record of published research or field deployments in underwater perception.

* Demonstrable full stack experience with ML based perception (data collection, annotation, training & edge inference).

Good to Have

* Publications in top-tier robotics/AI conferences or journals (e.g., ICRA, IROS, ICAR, CVPR, ICCV, NeurIPS).

* Hands-on experience with real-world Autonomous Systems (AGV/AUV/UAV), field trials, and deployments.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to create, test, and optimize CNC programs for precision parts. This role requires expertise in CNC programming, machining processes, and teamwork with engineering and production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create machine tool paths using CAM software for milling, turning, and other operations.
• Prioritize and manage workloads to minimize downtime and delays.
• Collaborate with engineers to optimize designs and machining processes.
• Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and programming issues.
• Support machine operators with setup, operation, and CNC maintenance.
• Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Follow safety, quality, and company policies

Responsibilities and duties:

• 2 years of experience as a CNC programmer and CAM programmer in a manufacturing environment, with proficiency in CAM software and CNC machining processes.
• Minimum Qualification: ITI, Diploma in Mechanical or Equivalent.

We are looking for a highly capable Node.js/ExpressJS developer to optimize our web-based application performance. You will be collaborating with our front-end application developers, designing back-end components, and integrating data storage and protection solutions.

To ensure success as a Node.js developer, you should possess extensive knowledge of Node.js/ExpressJS based services and experience in a similar role. An accomplished Node.js developer will be someone whose expertise results in the stable, fast, and secure exchange of data between servers and end-users.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining all server-side network components.
• Ensuring optimal performance of the central database and responsiveness to front-end requests.
• Collaborating with front-end developers on the integration of elements.
• Designing customer-facing UI and back-end services for various business processes.
• Developing high-performance applications by writing testable, reusable, and efficient code.
• Implementing effective security protocols, data protection measures, and storage solutions.
• Running diagnostic tests, repairing defects, and providing technical support.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information science, or similar.
• At least three years’ experience as a Node.js and ExpressJS developer.
• Extensive knowledge of JavaScript, web stacks, libraries, and frameworks.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5 and CSS3.
• Superb interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
• Great organizational and time management skills.
• Availability to resolve urgent web application issues outside of business hours.

After your selection, we are having 7 days of unpaid OJT and this is for everyone who joins in sales. In which 1 day will be product training and product briefing session will be conducted. In OJT period you are required to achieve 2 sale unit of any ticket size in order to get on boarded as a permanent employee of the company. If your shortlisted, you can expect your Intent offer letter by EOD and you can attend the product training tomorrow.

We are looking for someone with good communication skills and okay with sales and operations. As of now, this will be 70% sales and 30% operations.

• Minimum 2 years of experience. Individuals with a higher degree of expertise will be considered for senior opportunities
