Tranzact is a a cloud-based B2B Business platform for Indian Manufacturing & Trading SME's. TranZact brings different teams of SMEs on a single platform where they can collaborate efficiently to manage their entire business.

Responsibilities:

● Making conversation with the prospective SME business owners and moving them to a

product demonstration

● Develop and maintain effective relationships with all key stakeholders of the company.

● Collaborate with all internal and external teams and perform troubleshooting on all client

issues and ensure timely resolution.

● Close sales with qualified leads to generate new business and ensure the client’s needs

are met

● Encourage potential clients to buy premium products and close the best possible deal

● Build customer relationships with existing clients by reaching out via phone calls, emails,

or other forms of communication to increase the likelihood of them using our services

again

● Track sales cycle progress on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure customer

acquisition goals are met

● Showcase the company’s strengths and highlight our brand by talking exclusively about

the characteristics that make our organization unique.

What do I need?

● MBA graduates preferred

● 2+ years of relevant experience as a business development executive

● Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills

● Tech-savvy with the ability to make complex technical matters easy- to understand even

for non-technical people

● Excellent phone and cold calling skills.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills

● Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

● Experience of working in a fast-growing unstructured startup environment

● In-depth experience of market research in SME SaaS-tech or SMB segments is

preferred
